My lease is coming to an end at Zona Village this August after 2 years of living in a 1 bedroom apartment. When touring, Raf was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. However, I felt pressured to sign immediately (I'm not one to make split second decisions). The size, price and location were hard to beat though! I've had minimal issues in the 2 years that I have lived on the property and upon initial move in, they replaced items that I asked for without hesitation. The walls are thick enough that you don't hear your neighbors, if they're quiet and kind like mine

The front office lady was very rude to me and my partner. We came on a Friday to look at an apartment and told us to come back Monday to look at one that was being re done. When we showed up Monday she did not answer the door or phone and proceeded to get mad at us for knocking when we specifically made an appointment to look at it in the afternoon. She proceeded to tell us the apartment was sold over the weekend. The sign on front and online says they close at 6, but each time we went at 5 because of work and they were closed. And got rude remarks for showing up at 5. This apartment complex does

Rented this apartment for my child that started U of A last fall, have nothing but good things to say about this whole process. We weren't ready to sign a lease at the initial tour but they were very friendly and went out of their way to get our lease in place from out of state and even did an extensive virtual tour of a different unit than we initially looked at. There is ample parking, nobody comes through and tows cars which is a consistent problem with several area complexes. Our unit only has wall ac/heating units but it has been totally fine. We have only called maintenance once, they
