Unless this is your absolute last resort, do not move here. If I could give this place negative 100 stars I would. This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace on so many levels, I can't even tell you where to begin.
The apartments themselves are so poorly designed. The living room area is so poorly designed, that our only option on where to put the TV was to mount the TV on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom door frames. And any TV over 55 inches would not have fit.

The communication of this team is not even poor, it is nonexistent. When first interested in renting from City Edge Flats, I called a couple times and left a voicemail. When no calls had been returned, I decided to look elsewhere. I called The Slate, which happens to be under the same management team as City Edge Flats (I did not know this prior to calling). I was able to get an answer from this location, and was sent information about both rental locations. After emailing a team member, my fiancé and I filled out an application for City Edge Flats. Cute flats, really quiet street. I like the layout of the kitchen and living rooms. Bedrooms are slightly smaller than I would like, but the main bathroom is enormous so that makes up for some of it. LOVE the amenities, lots of green space for the dog to roam. It's nice to have reliable maintenance for a change, and the office ladies are warm and helpful. Overall, can't complain. Two thumbs up!
