We begin our first session with an in-depth lifestyle intake, building a comprehensive knowledge base from which we assess the state of your health and create a custom health plan for you. I have started coming to Naturna a few weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. I have never done acupuncture and wanted to give it a try Christina is by far one of the kindest and warmest people I have ever come in contact with. I’ve “shopped around” for an Accupuncture clinics and have stuck with Naturna because it ticks off of the boxes for me. Their practitioners are excellent (special shout out to Andrea!), scheduling is easy and the treatment rooms and front desk areas are clean and calming. I look forward to my weekly appointment at Naturna! The office is very relaxing and clean. Christina is awesome and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I've never once felt rushed out of any appointment (unlike any time I go to see any sort of MD). I've been going to Christina for over a year now. She's helped me manage my stress and after many years on birth control she helped get my period back on track. The team at Naturna was invaluable for me during both of my pregnancies. During my first pregnancy, I had extreme abdominal and lower back pain. Christina treated me with Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs and Moxibustion and I always felt significantly better after each visit. During my second pregnancy, I needed help balancing my diet and improving my nutrition plan and Christina provided a comprehensive plan tailor to me needs that allowed me to balance my blood-work scores without using additional supplements or pharmaceuticals. Highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Christina for her acupuncture skills as well as gut instincts which supported my ultimately successful attempt at pregnancy at 42. I originally met her through my fertility clinic as she was the only acupuncturist with access to do treatments pre and post-IVF. She was amazing at helping me navigate the bureaucracy of the clinic and gave me very personalized weekly treatments after that always catering to my own physical and emotional state.
