Apartments are pricey for the amenities they have its suppose to be a closed community but alot of homeless, addicts and drifters walk threw the property late at night and steel your belongings from you porch, this has already happened twice and were a new resident here less then a year and this has happened. These apartments dont have over night security walking the grounds like they state or daily as well. We are very disappointed in our new dwelling. I dont recommend this complex for renting they are not safe and management really dont care to do anything about what happens here. If you decide

At a glance looks like a nice place but take a good look the renovations are just paint and are done poorly the cheap plastic floor is only thing new..

Very quiet and beautiful apartment complex , it’s been 2 years now and my lease is ending soon so I thought it would be nice to leave a comment, the manager CINDY is very respectful, professional and quickly responsive to any concern you may have, the maintenance stuff are very friendly and respectful, the location is very good for parking if you have multiple cars, also have area where kids may play!

I've been shopping around for some time looking for a place to live, and by accident arrived at Felicita Creek Apartments. The community looked well kept, and I loved that it was a gated community. I wasn't sure what I'd find but I went into the office. A young woman was in there quietly working at her desk she quickly got up to assist me, politely greated me. Absolute dump. Faulty equipment, extremely dated appliances and wiring, and windows as thin as paper. Master bathroom's toilet exploded the first night, running water smells faintly of gasoline.
Ignoring the fact that people regularly break into this "gated" community to vandalize cars and tag buildings, management does not keep anything remotely clean or safe. Trash everywhere. Guaranteed to get your car trashed in the parking lot by vandals or miserable drivers. Security spends maybe five minutes "patrolling" every hour. Only thing being policed is parking violations - there's almost always
