Sheridan Animal Hospital's mission is to provide high quality, reliable, and technologically advanced veterinary care and exceptional customer service for pet owners in the rural, Central Michigan area.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

The application process is short and you will be approved in a matter of minutes if you qualify. Care Credit can help you pay for routine/emergency care for your pet.
The Sheridan Animal Hospital Angel Critter Fund helps financially support our clients when their pet has a life threatening emergency and the client is unable to afford treatment. The fund is fully financed by donations and money we raise. There is a list of criteria that must be met to qualify for this service and it depends on if money is available in the fund.

I was unfortunately not able to make an appointment because they were triple booked, but the woman on the phone was so kind and suggested alternate vets. She was the third vet I'd called and none of the others were even nice on the phone, let alone helpful and apologetic. If she is representative of how they care for all clients, I'd love to take my animal there.

This place is a very nice veterinary hospital.
The staff are absolutely the friendliest.
While I was waiting for my dogs appointment, a staff member came out into the lobby to comfort another waiting dog mom.
Almost brought me to tears, he didn’t have to do that.
My dogs appointment went smoothly with no problems. When it came to trimming my pups toenails, the two nurses/techs were actually hugging my pup to comfort him thru a stressful nail trimming.
Prices seemed very much less than my previous vet’s, I think I have made a great choice in the Sheridan veterinarian.
