Today I toured the community with Mona the manager and she was very helpful and nice. We decided to apply because of her. I was with my dad and he mentioned how he knew someone that lived here a long time ago and the property looks amazing. All of the new enhancements makes the community look better than the surrounding communities. Very clean property. The renovated home is nice.

Based on customer satisfaction/Mona, i would have rated at 5 stars but based on the property itself I am showing grace and rating a 2 star.
This property really sucks and has had about 20 Property Managers over my 5-6 years of leasing with them and none of them compares to Mona and had not even a third of compassion and concern as she does.
Thank God for MONA!!!

I recently moved to this apartment complex and so far I’m in love of this place, the manager Mona is amazing. As soon as I came to the office with an issue she helped me right away and was able to have a resolution before I left her office. She takes the time to listen and is very understanding. Her main goal is to ensure I am happy here and that’s why she is an amazing manager because she truly cares about what she does and does not just act like this is a job for her. Kyle was a big part of my approval when I applied. He was amazing to lease and tour with… I recommend this place 100% because

I have to start off by saying, Mona the apartment manger is absolutely AMAZING and I’m so glad she’s back.
She is welcoming & actually takes the time to listen to what people have to say rather then just brushing off the problem. She definitely is very business savvy yet still such a great people person and has empathy towards others. Walking into the office with my problem I was extremely upset, but her professionalism, and ability to rectify the issue was phenomenal. Wish the other managers I’ve dealt with while here were more intellectual & tried to create a more welcoming environment

Is so Sad that i can't use HALF STAR for this complex, 1star is too much!
The leasing office and maintenance are complete disaster, leasing office Never answer the phone, maintence have no idea about fix thing at the apartments, My shower is not working good since 3 week ago and i'm waiting and waiting of someone came and fix it, they just come to look up and said "we have to change the shower head,,,well two weeks after that I'm still waiting... i called to leasing office and a lady answer the phone(after a couple times trying) and she told me: "oh maintenance are in lunch now, i'll call you

While I had issues during my move-in Kyle has been AMAZING !
He has gone above and beyond to help make the process easier and to rectify the wrong that was done by the person previously working with me on my unit.
Mona the community director is also SUPER amazing and has made such an effort to fix what she can while we wait for her boss to okay other things to make matters right.
Over all VERY happy that I moved here and excited to see the positive changed Kyle an Mona will make to this community.

WOW. My bf and I experienced the SAME THING. We were looking at these apartments back in February/March. We were excited since it was under new management and so forth. Crystal was very helpful in the beginning and we were so stoked we applied the first day we went there. After that, we had been emailing back and forth and she let us know what was available and kept following up on dates to move in and so forth.
Throughout the application we had some hiccups with credit, but was able to pay what we needed to pay off. We had even received a letter

My wife and I moved in during summer 2018 when the property was still known as The Venue. We had our fair share of disappointments, what with the staff changes and work orders not being addressed immediately. If I had written a review at that time, I would have agreed with the low star ratings...

Where should I start....
My boyfriend was apartment shopping, I was referred to this apartment by a friend who promised that Renton Sage was making a turnaround for the better. I trusted this friend wholeheartedly and told my bf to at least go look at it.
He went and found that they were extremely outdated and in need for remodeling. We met up with who I thought/led to believe was the property manager (BUT later found out that it was a lady named Brandy) who showed us around and showed us a newer building that was renovated/remodeled. My boyfriend went back the next day and put in an application
