Renaissance Housing Communities

I have nothing but positive feedback for the RHcommunities apartments. Been at the property for a couple of years now. I love the layout, stainless steal appliances in the kitchen, hardwood flooring through my whole unit. The property is well taken care of. The pool and barbecue area is a plus. Friendly neighbors. Pet friendly, what else can I ask for! Great management and maintenance staff. Any maintenance issues you may have are addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend these apartments, to friends, family, or anyone that is looking for a place to call home.

I forgot to add that we would tell management that the garbage would never be picked up (we would pay a lot of money to dump everyone's garbage in town) and then management would tell us they picked it up. We would tell her it was never picked up and there is garbage everywhere. Management said "there is nothing we can do about it"

The worst rental experience I have ever had. DO NOT live here or any of the properties managed by Kiera Matthews. She ignores all attempts at communication, you have to continue to call the office for them to get her to respond. She kept my deposit for more than 21 days (breaking the law), and I had to continue to call over and over to get her to send it. Trash, mice, and rats on property

I've noticed some of the signage to prevent illegal parking, improvements around the property, tow truck actually coming onsite... I'd like to say thank you. As most of the time it's complaining and heartfelt frustration from the other tenants I'd like to show appreciation as well.
Especially grateful to have Steven doing maintenance around here, I had no clue how much he does to keep things neat and tidy. The few neighbors I do know keep a close watch and would like to maintain the civility, peace and respect amongst neighbors. With your support I see things getting better.
The surrounding areas

We lived in the Bennet Valley townhomes off of Hoen Avenue and stayed there for a year until our lease ended a little over a month ago. While living there we never saw a property manager once. People were constantly parking in the fire lanes and in front of our apartment and when we complained about it nothing happened except a mass text sent to all residents "reminding" them to only park in designated spaces. So essentially nothing changed. Now that we've moved out it has only been a worse experience. 21 days came and went and no sign of our deposit return check. We called and emailed

My stove has gone out a couple times and waterheater and wall heater. And every time it went out or something goes wrong steve the maintenance man always fixes it. And always makes sure im doing ok. Im disabled. Thank u steve you are the best

Thank you Steve Harrison you really hold this place together!!! One of the best maintenance RHC has he always gets things done ! And Fast Thank You Steve !! He's even called me back on his personal line during his vacation just to come help !!!

Very nice apt complex.
Spacious units and kid friendly. Management is courteous and responds quickly. Maintenance comes usually within a day or
sometimes the same day if you need something fixed. I love living here and my family is safe and all the neighbors know each other. Very quiet and relaxed neighborhood.

Every maintenance request that has been submitted has been answered in a timely matter and has been resolved!

Critical: Responsiveness
Two stars because the complexes under this company look great. Kiera responded to my initial email inquiry and indicated to call to discuss further detail. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and telephone to no avail, so I found somewhere else to live.

I have lived at the Parc Sonoma property run by RHC for almost a year and a half. The property manager, Keira Matthews, is unresponsive and will blatantly ignore requests for communication, questions about tenant rights and lease agreements, and general complaints. We have been in an email chain for three months now, and she refuses to give information about water usage, AS IS REQUIRED BY LAW. She has done nothing send out notices, threatening to give lease violations at the drop of a hat. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT WE HAVE RATS! you read right; rats. DO NOT RENT from this company! Definitely not the Bennett Apartments at Atlanta Ct. I’ve never had a worse experience in renting than I did there. The property manager will not respond to you (unless you call the office & tell them repeatedly that she wont respond). There is trash everywhere, people pee in the dumpster area, and I witnessed a man harass, threaten, and physically assault other tenants, with nothing done by the manager even with 5 other tenants complaining (she eventually said her hands are tied but she’s “trying”). After move out we got our deposit back over 20 days late

Management is wonderful and accommodating. They have always been courteous and kind. I had a maintenances request and the guy came out the very next day and was professional. Love living here!

I rented from RHC (Boston Court location) for three years and had no issues the entire time I lived there. It is a bit pricey but hey! You're living in Sonoma county! The price is right for what you get; a quiet community with nice living conditions. It's close to everywhere you'd want to go. Great location! Keira was always very helpful and maintenance, if needed, was super responsive. This a really great place to live!!

I'm absolutely shocked at the previous reviews. I have not had the same experiences with Renaissance Housing and felt it was important to leave my 2 cents as I would hate to have someone miss out on this great community due to a couple of misinformed reviews. I have lived on one of their properties since June 2018. Not only was Keira Matthews, Regional Manager, attentive when we moved in, she has stayed as attentive with us during our tenancy. She has gone out of her way on a couple of issues we had and made sure they got taken care of immediately. There is no garbage on the ground, no barking

This apartment community is wonderful. It's very diverse and nicely kept. The maintenance crew is extremely polite and quick to respond. Management is amazing.

$2400 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse? When your lease expires you will get notices randomly about rent going up $150 a month. You have to pay garbage, water, and electricity. Most places added it in their bill. Parking sucks. Everyone rent is different. They lie. People are not friendly. Windows are open and you constantly smell smoke. The walls are thin and everyone hears your business.
