My son was offered a position in Huntsville and had to negotiate a quick move from Orlando FL without having been there to explore the area. The management at Seleno made this process as painless as possible, and we are thrilled with the property and amenities. Lived here for 2 years. It was fine at first the staff the view and amenities were great but between COVID N new management the place started to get run down the elevators and stairwells stayed dirty. Previous Maintenance used to clean at least every few days now it’s once in a blue moon. The apt layouts are nice but the price isn’t justified, nothing abt this place is luxury except for the mall aspect
They should consider lowering the rent or making the place more upscale and CLEAN

We moved in last week and we could not be happier here. We moved from another 'luxury' apartment but this place blows that one out of this world. The amenities are outstanding, the area is kept very well, and the interior in general is top notch. Cortney was in charge of our move and was very helpful - we really appreciate all that she does.

If you live facing the Hyatt, you're never going to sleep unless you buy an indoor fan. There are some really annoying people that always stay at the Hyatt and blast their music at nights (heavy bass boom type that will rock your room). They seem to all be a part of the same group of friends. A few windows down from my windows they were screaming and fighting last night. If the apartment can do something about this, I will raise my review to a 5. but it's getting ridiculous how our residents are being negatively affected by these people. These kids often gather at nights in the middle of the parking

I moved here for work...to find a decent place to live till I bought a house here in Alabama.
This place is great. Good location, decent neighbors, trash pick up (Sunday - Thursday) , and the floor plans and sturdiness of the building make for good sound insulation.
The staff is great, especially Brittney and Courtney, two of the best property management folks I have seen. They go the extra step to help your stay here be as pleasant as possible. I don't regret making this my initial home in Huntsville.

I have had nothing but a positive experience during the complete process. Ask for Brittney in the lease office as she has helped me through the complete process. She has been fantastic at replying to my emails and notes. The property is beautiful and you can’t beat the location!!!! Happy Hour in walking distance.....
