Brand new complex, but at least partially not built to code. The fans above the stovetop don't ventilate, they literally just push air onto the ceiling. This is why you hear fire alarms going off literally every day here. This is not great, especially considering we need to keep windows closed during wildfire season.

This place is joke I got an appointment for 3PM I did my best to there on time and nobody was in the office. 30min later I received a text message when I was still waiting... “We're sorry that the original tour time didn't work for you. We would love to reschedule your tour.“
I was like is this a joke or sum? I mean what is that kind of services ?

I had a terrible experience living here. There's a homeless encampment not even a block away, you can see it from your balcony. You cannot walk around the adjacent areas comfortably day and night. It's really one corner but you wouldn't want to go for a walk towards there. It's super close. Also, you can tell that this place is cheaply built. You can hear everything so well outside of your apt whether it's coming from the hallways or roads. The walls are super thin and you can literally feel trucks passing by. If you want to feel the vibration shaking the apt every time

Couldn't leave the Bay Area without writing a good review of this place!!! I was possibly going to be a roomie with someone while I stayed in Oakland for work and decided to check this location out. At first I was feeling a little iffy based on the location, but after my tour with the amiable and helpful leasing agent Chynna I was impressed . Chynna being from the area was very resourceful and enthusiastic along with Moe who is knowledgeable and straightforward . I live in this apartment almost one year, as the first group of resident, generally, I have nice experience in here. the rental price is valuable, the equipments in unit both are very new and good, and the system of resident is so convenience, whatever is payment, maintain service, requirement to leasing office, everything will be solved soon. I've been waiting to write this review because I wanted to have at least over half a year here to give a solid review. The place and especially the people that run the building (Moe the Manager and Julio) have been nothing but fantastic to me since the day I saw the place. The development is well thought out and Moe advocates on behalf of the tenants. Sure you're bound to run into issues just like anywhere, but Moe and Julio's speed and responsiveness to do all they can to help is beyond. I currently reside here and I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. The prices are ridiculous for a luxury apartment with no luxuries. The owner and his staff have lack professionalism and racist. The neighbors are loud with their late night parties and there’s no privacy. I cannot wait until my lease is up because I will be complaining to the housing authorities. If you’re looking into renting from here, don’t and there are better apartment communities that are less expensive and treat you equally.
