I have never had a worse experience living in an apartment complex than when I lived here. The apartments themselves look nice, but are cheaply constructed and way overpriced for what you get. The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin; the tiniest footstep from your upstairs neighbor reverberates thunderously throughout the apartment. I've overheard far more than I ever cared to hear from all of my neighbors. The elevator works only 30% of the time. There is no real delivery management process, so packages are lost and stolen on a daily basis. Despite a "no smoking" rule in place, my apartment

The apartment itself is new, nice and clean. Staffs who work here are good and trying their best.
But overall experience in Idora is awful. There's no onsite manager or security who I can reach out anytime I need to. It's a joke. There's no way we can get help or talk right away.
New bikes get stolen. And you won't get help from management right away. Things get stolen from the secured room, still no response. I wouldn't expect that quality of service by paying over $4000 rent. There were few robbery incident happened in this building, management still not fixing it.

This is is a beautiful, new building, with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. Each unit has a washer and dryer, which is so nice to have. Many of the apartments have individual balconies, and there are two large community-shared spaces (with a firepit, grill, TV, etc.). The location is really great and is walking distance to so many restaurants and bars, as well as a Walgreens. There is a bus station right outside the apartment, and it is very close to BART. The main reason I chose this building is it feels very safe and secure, and I never worry about my safety here. I’ve been living here since
