Psychological HealthCare, PLLC Dr. Joel Richman started a venture called Psychological Counseling Services in 1990 with two psychologist colleagues while Dr. Ron Fish began the Center for Family Psychology at about the same time.Both groups continued to grow until 1999 when Drs. The last counselor I saw there was not good. I don’t remember her name, but I’d remember her if I saw her. It was around the year 2013 or 2014. First she let her pug dog climb all over me, which I didn’t mind at all, but it was as if she was making her dog sniff me out to see if the dog thought that I was a bad person or not. That’s just how I felt. Then in one session and my last. I did not go back.
