My first priority as a personal trainer is to help you attain your goals. In addition to that, my focus is to help you incorporate lifestyle changes to help you maintain those improvements for a lifetime. If your initial goal is to lose 10 pounds, I want to help you see beyond that and ask yourself "How can I maintain that healthy weight for the rest of my life?".
When we train together, no two workouts will be the same. Because your body will always have to adapt to new variations of exercises, different combinations of movements, and work through different planes of motion, it will always have to work at its highest capacity. Also, varying our workouts will help to keep you mentally sharp, and more cognitively engaged.
