Strength in Motion places emphasis on MOVEMENT. If you can move well, you can perform well. Clients will walk away with a better understanding of joint positioning, more awareness of their body in space, and the confidence to be bold with their physical ability. Whether it's scaling a cliff or paddling out of rip currents we will make sure your body will be prepared for any task.

We were born to move, but somehow we lost the blueprint for movement as our species transitioned from being constantly active to becoming perpetually sedentary. Clients will get back to how they are supposed to move and bring that confidence into other areas of their life.
Services
I received my BS in kinesiology where my passion for health and fitness sparked. During my MS in biomechanics I dove deep into the field, learning how to apply the information I got out of the lab onto clients and athletes. Having access to a biomechanics and strength and conditioning lab opened my eyes to what goes into the research for improving performance and preventing injuries.
Robby is a great trainer and I highly recommend working with him. He has helped me make significant progress with my health and fitness goals including maintaining and increasing strength and weight loss.
