I am focused on igniting confidence and self worth into every person I meet and train with. Recognizing what our bodies are capable of goes beyond numbers and measurements. I'm working towards redefining what authentic health can look like, by making fitness welcoming to all bodies. I specialize in beginner to intermediate fitness, including those with injuries or unique circumstances.
There are many reasons to hold on to clothes that don't fit you, whether you bought them to motivate a diet, or you wonder if you'll ever return to that previous body size again. Here are 3 common reasons we hold on to clothes that don't fit us, and what to do with them. As someone who feels better on days I've moved, I've found a healthy balance of exercising and staying present during my trips.

My book is a down-to-earth guide to appreciating your body, and a series of actions you can take to feel great about yourself.

After a year of staying home, I wanted to get out and walk again but after being inside for so long my body was not ready for a hike! I came home from the trail in tears. I saw Natalie’s positive outlook and friendly workout ideas on IG and asked if she takes virtual clients. Natalie is friendly, positive, and encouraging. She tailored the exercises to help me gain balance, improve cardio and stamina for local trails, and help me be more aware and accepting of my body! I am so excited to have a champion in my corner giving me the tools I need (foam roller forever!) to get the most out of my workouts

I 100% would recommend Natalie/Barbell Blondie for anyone looking for a personal trainer. I've worked out with over 5 different personal trainers over the years, and Natalie is without a doubt the best one I've ever worked with. Can’t say enough good things about my training with Natalie! We’ve increased my weights by 5-20% in one month and increased my Tonal Strength Score by 37 points! Balance has been a real issue for me and Natalie has designed my workouts to improve that. While we work together virtually between California and New York, she is extremely responsive and helpful in her feedback and is always ready to switch up a move if there is an issue and tailor the plan to meet my goals. I've been training with Natalie for almost two years now and can safely say she is amazing at what she does! She is kind and fun, and she creates challenging workouts that take into consideration my own strength level and goals. And she always ensures there is a modification available for my old wrist injury. I've been training with Barbell Blondie for almost 4 years now, and I'm so thankful the transition to Virtual Sessions has been easy with Shelter In Place. Barbell Blondie is truly amazing! Her attention to your personal needs is unmatched. She took my weaker areas and injuries I deal with and came up with a training plan that helped me strengthen my shoulder slowly without overdoing it and causing further injury. I have made gains in my workouts that are consistent and not leaving me feeling burned out wanting to quit. Ready for another program!

I've been working with Natalie for over a year and she is fantastic! I have a couple injuries/limitations and she is always great about creating personalized workout plans that meet my needs but also push me to get better. I've shaved off 2.5 minutes off of my cardio HIIT/AMRAP circuits with her! She is also just a lovely person that advocates for body inclusivity in fitness, and is an excellent hype woman when the workout gets tough!
Diakadi, the fitness facility she works out of is also great - lots of space and very clean and friendly.
