Services
At Plaza Wellspring, we know that a fluid, intelligent, and awake body is possible for everyone. In a session at Plaza Wellspring, expect to get to know your body more fully, move your body with deeper compassion, and learn to lighten up and have fun in your approach to movement retraining. Here at Plaza Wellspring, we are in love with learning.
Private instruction is the optimal way to get a training experience that is completely personalized for your needs and learning preferences. One-on-one attention from a teacher is the quickest way to identify your individual weaknesses as well as develop strategies to address them. Some students find the most benefit from consistent one-on-one instruction.
All group classes are led by Linda Putthoff, and are currently meeting on-line. Register in advance through your MindBody app, or email PlazaWellspring@gmail.com to register and receive the link to join. Beg/Int Yoga: Enjoy a mixed-level class in which proper breathing and alignment will be the focus.
Is there something we can do to avoid some of the pain that ends up taking so many people to the hospital?. These are the questions I've been asking since my discovery of yoga in 1991. Exploring movement in a yoga practice I struggled with flexibility, but I realized that I was more calm and sleeping better than ever.
Enjoy creating a beginner's mind. Let yourself be delighted and surprised by your body. Learn to love yourself just the way you are. Open your mind and heart to gratitude for the precious gift of life that each breath reconfirms. Keeping my resolutions in tact! Started my day in such a wonderful way with Linda and Pilates class - she is kind, compassionate and deeply knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back for other classes (yoga, rolfing, Gyrotonic Methods, meditation), lectures and master class level workshops. A truly beautiful space with supportive people. Highly recommend!!

It's been too long since I had time or money to visit Linda and the wonderful staff at Plaza Wellspring, but I don't see them listed here and so I'm adding them, because I think they're wonderful.
After my first child was born, Lee Ann helped whip my body into the best shape I'd EVER been in. I felt so strong and it was FUN! Pilates classes on the reformer are truly unbelievable. (Now I've had a second child and I need to go see them again!!)
Fast results, soothing atmosphere, easy to park. I wish it was a little less expensive, but that is my only complaint. The
