Yoga Gallery
After a year of working from home, we're bringing you a beginner's series that takes you from the ground up. No previous experience is required, class sizes will be small, and all bodies are welcome! Whether you want to practice in a group in-person or from the comfort of your own home, we'd love to see you at the studio or on live-stream.

Check out what we're offering! We're doing our utmost every day to ensure we have the safest environment for our students to visit, and we're still following the protocol that has kept our community healthy since the beginning of this adventure. If you'd like to learn more about our health and safety procedures for in-studio visits, please do.
Services
What we cultivate in yoga goes beyond the physical, it's something more esoteric, personally spiritual. We cultivate a closer connection with ourselves, our daily behaviors, we check our thoughts, assess our feelings, and we leverage the structured, attentive mindfulness within a class setting to apply that same thoughtfulness to every situation and interaction that arises outside of the room.
Dive deep into fundamentals to develop greater body awareness, get accustomed to the names, shapes, and intention of the most commonly practiced yoga poses, and ensure you have a solid understanding of posture, anatomy, and alignment. Our teachers will introduce you to the tenets of yoga philosophy, powerful breathing practices, and safe bio-mechanics to help you live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Rates vary depending on your goals, the teacher, and the length and frequency of your sessions. The best place to start inquiring about private instruction is by contacting us via email at info@yogallery.com. We'll schedule an initial consultation over the phone or in-person so we can better understand how to set you up for success and match you with an instructor.
The Yoga Gallery entrance is on the WEST side of the building (7342 W. 80th). Look for the BLACK AWNING over the RED DOOR. Parking is usually available in the Farmer's Market Pavilion but is also available all around the downtown Overland Park area. Our studio is attached to the Kansas City School of Classical Ballet and the Pilates studio, Physiques.

I can't begin to explain my deep love for Yoga Gallery and their teachers. This is the place I always recommend for beginners or lovers of yoga who want to continue learning. I go to classes all over Kansas City and I ALWAYS learn about my body, my perspective on the world, and feel like I am part of an amazing community. Thank you for your contribution to the community and to my growth. really appreciate you ladies.

I've lived in the area for years, but never tried the Yoga Gallery, a friend raved about it after trying yoga at all the gyms as finally "a real yoga studio." The $20 first-timer fee is a true bargain. The check-in process was easy and quick, the receptionist seemed to know most people as they came in. I went on a holiday, so it was crowded, but without prompting, folk moved their mats to create more space (a compliment to the community they've created). The Vinyasa was great - not a cookie cutter practice, which I liked, and I'm a bit sore the next day; in an I-got-a-good

So, for those who are yoga newbies, but not workout newbies - this is an entirely different type of workout - and instead of feeling exhausted you feel a refreshing euphoria.

It's week 2 of my 2-week student special: $20 gets you unlimited yoga for 14 days - you could come 5 times a day every day if you wanted (you'd be INSANE).

Staff is courteous and super professional, the people who come are nice and not judgmental when you need a one minute breathing break :-)

I love yoga, and always just took classes at 24 hr fitness. The yoga gallery is where its at! I will never go back to a traditional gym for yoga..an actual studio full of professional teachers that are serious about what they do is what I have found here.
I have a busy schedule and they have A LOT of classes to offer at all levels. I had a blast at the vinyasa class, which was more challenging than any other vinyasa class I've ever taken, which was excellent! Thanks Corey!
The studio is very calm, clean and have plenty of the yoga props for you to use. I especially love the cork floor

Popped in during my recent visit to the area to sample what had become of the merger between Yoga Gallery and Inspire Yoga. The space is beautifully calm, and spacious enough to accomodate a big group. The high, exposed ceilings means tall yogis will have no barriers, and the cork floors are very comfortable and warm to walk on barefoot (of course, the day outside wasn't a mid-November one, either.) All the accessory props you'd need were there, even a mat (free!) if you just want to give it a one-time trial.

The class was taught by Patricia, who is one of the founding owners. She
