My dryer was making very loud noise like something was rolling around. The technician arrived, turned the dryer on and it didn’t sound as bad so he turned it off and on again and the sound stopped. He said something might have been in there that blew out. I was charged the full price for him to turn it on and off. He didn’t look at anything else. I understand he did take the time to come to my house but i don’t think it was worth that price.

Should have been my first call.
I called A-1 out to look at my whirlpool refrigerator after another company told me he couldn’t do it or had the time to do it. Echan and Cody came out and got it up and running. I won’t make the mistake again. A-1 will be my first call from now on!!

May want to work on professionalism while driving since they promote themselves with their vehicles. Very distracted driving. Not looking at the road, messing with something in their passenger seat while driving. After sitting at a light I honked, in which he proceeded to accelerate then hit the brakes for the rest of the light. Very unprofessional, will not use their service if that is their behavior with the public.

Charged fee for tech to come out. Took 10 minutes to tell me that voltage is off balance. That electrician needs to come out then jokes "heck, with my luck the electrician will tell you we need to come out, hehehe". Electrician comes out. Voltage is fine. It was the heating element. $80 scam complete. Beware.

Chose to give A1 Appliance Service a try. Began disappointed because someone was supposed to arrive (and call ahead) during the agreed two hour time slot. Apologies were made and the service man did an outstanding job on the oven work, as well as working to turn my first impression around. Reasonable pricing and quick work to completion. Plan to recommend to friends and family.
