In January Patrick came to my house to look at my vent hood for my stove said it needed replaced I contacted him after a month he stated it was on back order and it’s august now I just found out after 8 months that he didn’t work for my home warranty company any longer but he felled to let me know this so I filed a complaint against him he stated that he would refund my service call fee I still haven’t received it I feel like if you say your going to do something you should do it I used Patrick in the past and never had a problem until this last time if Patrick would have done the right thing

I have to say that they provided excellent service! I had them fix my sub zero refrigerator and I was thrilled with how quickly they were able to reach me. I am extremely pleased with my first experience and the Repair Work. They had the ability to get somebody to my home within a couple of hrs to identify the problem. They was clean, courteous and also incredibly expert. He presented his card the minute he strolled in. He was able to detect the problem as well as get the required new part within 45 minutes. Patrick was as professional and great as could be clarifying all to me. Very positive experience.

Great company! So glad we found this company here! Patrick replaced our dead ice maker, he was professional yet personable. Patrick gave us a written estimate for the cost before ordering the parts. They arrived earlier than estimated, so he then came out and installed it. Both times he texted about 30 minutes before arriving, what a convenience! Patrick is very much a man of his word. He responded to our initial inquiry quickly and had the parts on his truck. He's very easy to work with, responds to text messages promptly, does exactly what he said he'd do and charges a fair price. Can't think of anything else I could ask for than that.
