Had a 5.5 yr old LG refrigerator we inherited from the purchase of a new house that had the freezer compartment begin to fail to cool enough to freeze, naturally on a Saturday. Called at least 6 different appliance repair shops, and of the ones that claimed 24/7 service none of them had availability until Monday or later and refused to even talk further about the issue without seeing the unit. I text Patrick, and he called back in about 30 minutes. He spent the time to hear out my problem, walk me through the possible issues, and even provided recommendations that could mean he would not benefit

They are also very nice, punctual, and accommodating. Nothing is better than dealing with people who know, and these people are experts. They demonstrate their expertise by working efficiently and in a timely manner. Our concerns were wonderfully handled from our first call to replacing the heat element in our oven. GREAT JOB.

Patrick was just over to service our LG washing machine, and was very thorough in explaining everything. He showed me in how to properly care for our appliance, and thoroughly explained every issue, and provided options to proceed. Very honest, on time technician. Very responsive with initial calls. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a good repair man in the Tulsa area. Our machine was sparking on Friday.
