I set up a warranty claim to have my washer fixed and was told that this company would be completing the repair. I received a call scheduling the appointment 2 and a half weeks later, annoying but ok. Then I received a text that the part that they ordered for the repair had arrived a over a week before the service and everything was on schedule. The repair guy shows up during the appointment time and tells me that he realized that he ordered the wrong part the night before but decided to come out anyway to take a look at the washer. He said that he needed to order the correct parts and that we

Drain was plugged in freezer causing ice and water to spill out on the floor. Jason unplugged the drain cleaned up the refrigerator. Did a terrific job. I would recommend Jason and his company to anyone who might have a problem with their appliances and or TVs.
