Both of our Rife's Autobody locations are full-service collision & body repair shops with the equipment, training, and resources to handle all of your collision and body repair needs. Rife's Autobody provides estimates by appointment and fr ee of charge Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Chadd handled multiple claims simultaneously with ease. Sam made for a quick check in and check out process. I was able to use Apple Pay to check out. The repair is perfect and I can't tell that our vehicle was hit. They had never worked on our vehicle (2021 VW ID.4), but that didn't affect the quality of the repair in any way. The amount I paid at pick up was the exact amount I expected, down to the penny. Chadd also kept me up to date every 1-3 business days via email. This was my third repair at Rife's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Positive: Rife’s handled my insurance without any worries.
Negative: 1 week repair took over 3 weeks. When I picked up my car I was told there was a minor problem with my trim and also a dent was missed. I was told the part(s) would be reordered and I’d be called to finished repair. Over 2 months later I have not heard anything. I’m so over hassling with them I have just given up.

I had a jeep towed there that was I. An accident after a month it was finally totaled. My insurance company is attempting to charge me close to $3000 to Rife so they can pick Jeep up. I spoke to Rife they advised me they would do whatever they could to make that not happen. I appreciate them going the extra mile to get this resolved.

Easy to see why they’re busy! Rife’s did work on my 2018 BMW M3. i was nervous I would notice where the body work was repaired (I’m VERY particular about detail) but the results were perfection. Never had to use a shop like this before- hopefully never again. But if I do it will be Rife’s.

Don Rife (the owner) is incredibly kind and generous. I work for a nonprofit in Columbus and he and his shop have taken incredible care of our cars. They are always professional, timely, and they go the extra mile. I have used Rife’s auto body multiple times. Once when rear ended, and once when my car was hit by a bulldozer while parked. My dealership highly recommended them. I was in an accident, I had hit a deer, and my vehicle was badly damaged. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the excellent work performed to reassemble my vehicle. I had a very good experience with Rife's when I needed some body work on my Camry. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. They billed my insurance and made the process simple. Brad updated me frequently while my repairs were in progress, which I appreciated. The car was returned to me in perfect condition inside and out. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Rife's to do a clear bra and obtain an estimate on repairing a couple small stone chips and a small scrape on the rocker on a 911. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and mentioned that they do clear bra's and they would take a look at the other items no problem. When I brought the car there unfortunately the gentleman I spoke with face to face was not so friendly. He seemed reluctant to want to work on the car. He also mentioned that they contract out the clear bra work and they had done some work for them the other day but wasn't sure if they could

My VW Beetle has been rear ended twice in the past 6 months. Both times I took it to Rife's in Westerville for the repairs. Although it took a long time to fix, the repairs were done and my car is back to looking great. Mackenzie was always so very helpful when i called to check on my car, both times. Heath and Brock were also extremely helpful in getting all the repairs paid for by the other insurance. Hopefully i won't get in another accident, but if i do, i will absolutely bring it back to Rife's.

Great customer experience.. unfortunately due to a few accidents not our fault..we have chosen to deal with Rifes. The receptionist is very helpful from start to finish. Al the adjuster explained everything to me and even went the extra mile for me. I felt comfortable with the entire transaction and hopefully I don't have to deal with the body shop anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely return here. Great experience and I'm a pleased customer. Thank you

Our Honda was hit in the door by someone sliding on ice. To complicate matters, it was a borrowed car that hit us. We took to Rife based on recommendations of friends and that my father had used them years back. They did a fantastic job dealing with a difficult insurance company, finding all the damage, not just the visible damage and getting the insurance company to follow through. They helped with the rental car pickup and drop off. Very happy with the end result. If we ever need work again, we know where we will go.

While no one relishes the need to make a body shop appointment...Rife's absolutely does it the right away. This is unfortunately the 2nd time I've had my car in for work in the past 6 months. This time was for a replacement front grill while the last was for major scratches to the paint.
Safe to say I will continue using Rife's Autobody when my car needs work and they will always have my recommendation to anyone in need.
Their staff is extremely courteous. And while you can generally find a body shop that is either quick to complete work, or completes it well, it is difficult

The folks at Rifes have been amazing to work with! I've been a customer on a few occasions and they always do top notch work. Today was no different. My wife was driving behind a truck on the highway that dropped paint cans and it splattered all over the driver side doors. I called to see if there was something that could be done while it was still wet and they told us to bring it in and they would take a look at it. Upon arrival they got it back to the paint guys and within 20 minutes it was all cleaned up. We will always use Rifes given the choice!

Wish I could give a 5 star review but my experience with this shop was terrible. Had my Audi repaired there and the day I picked it up it was raining so I couldn't see the quality of the actual repair. The next day after getting a better look, the dent was still visible so I returned to the shop to show them and they told me they could "buff" it out. I trusted they knew what they were talking about and let them do what they supposedly do best. Went to pick up my car again after they were done and the dent was still there. They were saying how great it turned out but I said I still

Outstanding attention to detail and work done in a very timely fashion. Rife's matched a metallic white dead-on, and the fit and finish of the assembled part rivals the manufactured piece. In any case, we hope not to do business at this or any other body shop again ... but if you need something unbashed, these folks are pros.

My wife and I have taken two cars to Rife's and they've done an excellent job. I would say they are very good at delivering high-quality for a fair price.
We have two Volkswagens that have been serviced by Rife's. The first car had a smashed mirror that needed to be entirely replaced and repainted. The car's color is a metalic grey, which I know is a hard color to match, and their work was perfect. Our second car was in a minor rear-end collision and needed a new bumper. Again, Rife's Autobody performed.
