Fifth Element Yoga & Reiki is a "Come As You Are Studio" that celebrates each person who walks through the studio door and encourages them to build their own personal practice of self-care, wellness and fun!

From classes in Yoga, Mediation, and Zumba, to our Reiki program and many Workshops and Certification options, our welcoming studio and amazing teachers will encourage you to strive to be a part of our community in whatever way feels right to you and most of all, you will be encouraged to feel good and to be the best version of yourself!
Thanks for your interest in obtaining your 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training with us at Fifth Element Yoga - we are thrilled to be offering this program again! Our training is open to anyone with a curiosity to explore Yoga further, whether with the intention of seeing where it takes them, the goal of specifically becoming a certified Yoga Teacher or with the hope of deepening their personal Yoga practice.
For Heather, anxiety was the first reason she was brought to the mat.that feeling after your first class where you feel awful and invincible all at the same time is what has kept her coming back to the mat for the better part of 30 years.

Sometimes to survive, sometimes to thrive, and sometimes to just enjoy and keep balance, Heather knew from day one, Yoga changed her, shifted her and made her grow, and that was something she knew she eventually would need to share and so Fifth Element Yoga & Reiki was created.Heather's goal when teaching is to make each person in her class feel safe, empowered, strong, soft and a little (or a lot) bit better than when they walked in.
Heather likes to bring students into a fun creative space where they can learn to fly. Heather believes in a land, sea, and air approach to yoga! Her classes are primarily a Hatha/Vinyasa Flow - she like to work with core energy, expressive dance-like sequences, building strength by holding the poses and then flowing through them to enhance creativity and intuition!
Deanna's passion for yoga came from the escape, empowerment, and calm it provided in her everyday life and career. She hopes to open the same door for her students by making the physical practice both challenging and accessible, while allowing the opportunity to embrace strength, spirituality, and curiosity.
