Jennifer Garden: I started out as a professional Dancer, Singer, and Actress. I am a member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG - AFTRA. I performed on Broadway and all over the world, including Europe, Japan, and the Caribbean. I then turned to fitness. My fitness career started at The Lotte Berk Method Studio, in Greenwich, CT, where I was trained in The Lotte Berk Barre Method.

I’ve been going to YPB for about a month now and I absolutely love it! The staff is very sweet and they know their stuff! There’s a wide variety of class options and each class can be personalized to your physical needs. Grace is Really a delightful instructor I highly recommend her class for your first time. (I think she’s the owner)
I usually don’t work out regularly but this has been such a fun experience that I go all the time without dressing it like i I do when I go to the gym lol.

I have been coming to this studio for over a year and it has been one of the best choices I've ever made! Grace is an excellent instructor and just an all around caring person. She is invested with the studio and her clients. She has recently added several new instructors so there are even more classes to choose from now and they're all wonderful! There's regular Barre class, HIIT (high intensity interval training), Yoga, Hot Yoga, Core, and Candlelight Yoga. There are even some advanced yoga classes to choose from. I went with the intention of only attending yoga classes but quickly fell in love with the abundance of classes offered. The instructors are all phenomenal. Grace is a genuinely all around caring person who is invested in each and every members goals. The studio is very clean and has a serene atmosphere. The members are all welcoming. 11/10 stars! Absolutely love this studio.

The staff is knowledgeable about what they are doing and the class variety makes it easy for everyone from beginners to pros to find something that they enjoy while getting that sparkle sheen going or settling into a moment of zen. Along with the workouts, there is the fun of challenges and Bingo sprinkled in every month or so that motivate and give you the chance to win prizes! And there are opportunities for day retreats and special intensives as well.

I love YPB. The atmosphere is positive, the other clients are friendly, and the instructors take the time to give good directions to ensure safety and proper alignment and that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can work to challenge themselves. Also love their willingness to offer new classes or vary current classes in small ways so that it is always fun.

This is the best studio I've ever been to. Grace and her instructors are motivating, encouraging and skilled at what they do. It's a hard workout but never so hard you feel defeated and the class schedule is friendly to all schedules - early morning, mid day, late day... Come here and you will not be disappointed.

YP Barre is an amazing, intimate studio full of energy, positivity and strength. I have been an unlimited pass Member for almost 8 months during which time I have noticed so many health improvements: improved muscle tone & strength, weight loss, increased energy, better ability to concentrate, balance and, of course, less stress! I absolutely love this studio! I've been going for two months regularly and not only have I seen results in my strength and flexibility, I've made friendships! Grace, the owner, and all the instructors are very knowledgeable about about proper form body mechanics. I would recommend Yoga Pilates Barre to anyone who is looking for a great workout in a safe and fun atmosphere.

I started coming to YPB just over a year ago originally looking for a studio to take one or two yoga classes a week... but I quickly became Barre obsessed!! Not only have the many different classes offered (by wonderful, awesome, supportive instructors!) helped me to get in the best shape I've been in since high school but I've grown happier with my body than I can remember.
