As a trial lawyer since 1979, he has specialized in negligence and serious injury cases involving complex medical causes. He has settled or tried hundreds of medical malpractices cases and in so doing has established the firm's reputation for excellence with the medical community, insurance adjusters and the Colorado Trial Bar.
Sean Walsh grew up in Denver, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado business school in 2000. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003, passed the Colorado State Bar and has been practicing in Denver, CO ever since. He is a trial attorney who specializes in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other forms of civil litigation.
Richard Casey has dedicated his practice to helping his clients obtain positive outcomes in their personal injury cases in Colorado. During that time, Mr. Casey has successfully tried and won several trials, and has settled hundreds of cases favorably for his clients. Mr. Casey has also participated in mediations and arbitration, and has performed appellate work in the Colorado Supreme Court and the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kendra Strong grew up with her family in Denver, CO and always knew she wanted a career where she could help people. She graduated from Metropolitan State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice where she developed an interest in the law and dreamed of becoming a prosecutor to help victims.

Appreciated the willingness Sean had to work on a case that was difficult. He negotiated a settlement that was 3 times more than the original offer.
