We knew Ben Richie was good property manager but it wasn't until we moved until we realized how good he really was. He made living in an apartment super painless. Super kind and professional. He was always responsive day and night. Even on holidays he would respond. We keep saying to ourselves we wish we had Ben again. Any problem you had with the apartment he would jump on it asap. He would give a status and see it through until you were satisfied. There was NEVER a complaint about Ben. He needs a raise and a promotion. He really goes above and beyond to keep everyone happy. 100% would pick Ben

I can't say enough good things about the property manager Ben. He was always available for any questions or issues I had. All issues were handled in a timely manner and I never had to be home for any repairs if I didn't want to be (though I was always given that option). When I had to leave the area for work, Ben was very accommodating and very fair when determining security deposit refund ( I got the whole thing back and was not nickel and dimed). I highly recommend renting from Jupiter apartment finders if you are in Jupiter . I just wish they were in Gainesville too!

My wife and I retired in Pennsylvania and wanted to get out of the bad winters there. My son had moved to Florida a few years ago and said it is his paradise. We contacted a friend of his who is a real estate agent and he found a few places to look at that had what we wanted; two bed rooms, two baths, kitchen, living dining combination on the first floor. I have had a great experience with Jupiter Apartment Finders. I have been in my rental for almost 2 years now. Ben has been great. Our property manager, Ben, has been one of the most hard-working, honest, friendly, and trust-worthy people we have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was quick to help us find the perfect place and when things have needed repair (which any rental will need at some point!) he has handled it quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

Can't say enough good things. Ben at Jupiter Apartment Finders is Fantastic! He got my family and I into a great condo in Jupiter at fairly short notice at a reasonable rate. The condo is amazing and of the few issues that we have had we haven't had a one that was not handled quickly (sometimes the same day), professionally and always with a smile. I have rented in a variety of areas in and out of Florida and I have never had a property manager that was so attentive, pleasant and genuinely interested in tenants having a great experience.
