I live here and can hardly wait to get out, no security, I rented an apartment with I view of the lake, it as plastic bags, water bottles, togo containers and glass bottles in it. It’s never cleaned, the grounds are not kept up, litter everywhere. They apartments are old inside Formica counter tops that are falling apart. Cheap appliances. When I moved in the apartment was not clean, had to spend a day cleaning. They have no recycling at all, and there are rats around the dumpsters. Huge mistake moving here, don’t do it!!! My lease was up and the raised my rent $850.00 dollars a month, to make

Do not move here!! I lived here for a year and had constant issues with the a/c and dryer. I had to have maintenance at my home almost every month. Then when I decided to leave, I was overcharged my rent with no refund and charged $35 for them to sign a rental verification form. These people are thieves and they don't care about their tenants. The people in the office are rude and think that they are always right instead of fixing issues.

No Lie. They just went up on my rent $960 Thats a 42% increase. . Have lived here for 2 years. They say it is market value and they can't do anything but you would think current residents would not incur such a dramatic increase. Never late with rent. Paid on time through the pandemic. Very unethical!

Every single Fire lane and Hydrant lane has cars parked in them every single night, even during the day. I have emailed Management with NO RESPONSE at all. Communication from Management is awful, it's like pulling teeth. They clearly don't care about safety whatsoever and make no effort at all to correct this. I will be adding pictures to this review on a daily basis starting tonight.
There is no way to determine if cars parked in the lot are actually residents since they give nothing to place on your car indicating you are a resident. Anyone can park there. It isn't gated.

If you move in make sure the padding underneath the carpet was replaced from previous pets or they will take your deposit. They pulled this scam with my neighbor as well... I would recommend tiling the place. other than that no issues other then maintenance walking into my apartment when i was home or not..

I lived here for just over a year and I loved it. Only reason I moved is because I was relocated. Location is fantastic, staff is phenomenal, and price is unbeatable. Dog friendly community and everyone is good about picking up after their dog. Also theres a private beach which is very nice. Overall, would recommend.

Wonderful place to live! I have lived here for over a year and my experience has been absolutely positive in every way. Any maintenance request has been addressed immediately and professionally. The grounds are well maintained. The office staff has answered any questions and request in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I have utilized their Rent Track online payment system, which continues to report to credit agencies, after selling my home and downsizing this feature is important to me. There is a beautiful park close by for walking my dog and also a beautiful pond area for walking him
