Very nice place to live management has been kind from day 1. Ryan from management has been nothing but kind and treat us as if we were family!! Maintenance requests respond time is quick they will usually come within the next day to fix any issues!! Very quiet place neighbors are very friendly and considerate!!! Would definitely recommend to is place!

DO NOT RENT IN THIS COMMUNITY the manager ryan is the worst person I EVER had to deal with in this community. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and WITHOUT ANY ethics. He don't help at all in anything. ALWAYS making excuses to not help at all and ALWAYS makes delays for answers with NOT solutions. This community let people make noises till VERY late night 1am 2am 3am without care if that affects your time for sleep or not. That is just not their business. I wish I could give under stars for this terrible place and HORRIBLE manager.

I’ve been at village crossing for about 6 months. The staff here is amazing, attentive and helpful. The property manager Ryan and assistant property manager Marvin are so kind and willing to help with anything. The maintenance staff is on top of everything. You need something done they are there immediately no questions asked. They keep the grounds clean and I love the valet trash service. All together I would recommend this complex to anyone looking.

The WORST customer service skills and AWFUL property manager! Buyers BEWARE! They assessed a fee for new cameras and when my car was stolen from the parking lot the cameras did not work! When my water heater broke they told me they lost the key to shut off the water to the building. Then the unprofessional secretary rudely says I have to call a different company. If I don't and I use the company I want to use who says the water needs to be shut off, I will have to pay a fee.

I really enjoyed living here. Marvin at the leasing office is very responsive to any questions throughout my lease, service requests were handled very promptly and in a great manner. Basic cable and Internet is included with your rent, which is nice and not bad. Never had an issue here with the neighbors, there is plenty of parking, I felt secure living here and had no issues whatsoever. The location is excellent and near everything you could possibly need. The only reason I had to leave, was because I bought a house, however I definitely would have stayed here as the rent prices are some of the
