My boyfriend and I started our apartment search earlier than expected. When we toured The Sophia, we instantly fell in love with the apartment and the location (walking distance to downtown). Karen helped us tremendously from the first tour to the final signatures of our lease. Her and the rest of the staff were always such a help and only a phone call away. I live in the Sophia currently, the maintenance is horrible. Parking lot parties every weekend, loud music in… this one apartment every week during the day till late hours . We have called the cops on Sundays at 12:30 am bc the party starts at 11 am and goes till very late hours . We also pay for security which doesn’t do crap . He is old and is afraid of the people . We pay A LOT of money and I feel like I lived in the hood ! I do not recommend this place . Party in the middle of the parking lot on a Tuesday at 6 pm and they were blocking the car . I have yet to move in, but so far the office ladies Karen and Nakita have been so nice and helpful! I toured the community with Karen who was extremely sweet, patient and answered all of my questions. The apartment I will be moving into is all updated, spacious with tonss of storage! Pros: Clair, Donna & the maintenance guys. Claire has been incredibly helpful in resolving problems with noisy neighbors, information needs, etc. 5 stars for Claire. The maintenance guys are great. Nice, professional, and very courteous. The layout is fabulous. I love the apartment. Overall very nice. The grounds are beautiful - let me repeat that the grounds are beautiful. We had the worst time breaking our lease. We got the run around for 3 weeks from the leasing office. First call to the office we were told they would give us paperwork to sign and return along with our final payment. Waited a week and never got any paper work to sign. Talked to multiple people who continued to lie to us about the process and when… we could pay our final payment. They kept saying they would post our total for breaking our lease.

Been living here for about a year now, and finally leaving. Here on GI bill for military and it’s been a nightmare since day 1. Literally day one moving in and our place was infested with roaches. Told us it would be 2000$ for another unit. My buildings parking spaces has been used by dumpsters for 8 months. I have to walk 1/4 mile to my car. The staff are punks. Oh and someone was shot and killed here a week ago. And they tried to increase my rent 400$ month 😂 can’t be out any faster

I have been living at The Sophia for about 2 years. One of the biggest problems here is that the computers in the clubhouse continuously do not work and the wifi does not work. It is extremely frustrating and management does not seem to care. The other problem is the rodent box that they put outside apartments. They don't have the courtesy to tell… you that they are placing these boxes outside your apartment. Worst place I ever lived I’m a jupiter native never thought there was communities that existed like this in Jupiter , moved into a building filled of foreign exchange students equivalent to a Fraternity house and have 1 mentally unstable and convicted felon living above me I learned from jupiter PD after multiple police responses to the… neighborhood,constant noise people burning out in there cars, homeless camper RVs parked all over , people cooking in the streets like some street festival.
