I relocated from another state and looked at many different properties. As a pet owner.. with three, this by far was the best decision. The property is beautiful. Location is great and I have all the amenities I wanted. Monica in the front office has been a delight. She has answered all of my questions and made me feel very welcomed. It’s always a good sign when the staff cares about your experience and she really has during these crazy times! I highly recommend

Worst community I’ve ever lived in, in my entire life. Been without an air conditioning going on day 4 night 5 asked them how they will compensate me since my lease states I’d have a working AC they’re super rude and don’t want to answer any of my questions. They can’t even give me a timeline on when this will be fixed. Not to mention my water heater needing to be replaced which didn’t happen for almost a week. Along with the mold I found in the apartment AND the plumbing is so bad my second floor bathroom leaked into my first floor living room and it took them over 2 months to fix

Beautiful, quiet, well kept community.. We loved our time there which is why we renewed for years before we bought a home here in West Palm. The few issues we had over the years were always taken care of quickly. Georgette and the rest of the leasing office are so nice, professional and helpful, they really make you feel at home! 10/10

Can’t say enough good things about this community. Beautiful pool, large grass areas to walk my dog and I love the convenient location. Maintenance is quick to fix things in my apartment and the leasing office is so nice. They even give treats to my dog!! Love Floresta!!!

I’ve lived here for a year now. Since I have moved in it has been one maintenance issue after the next. You’d think they take care of these in a timely manner, they do not. Now it’s a Friday at midnight my air conditioning won’t work. Floresta USED to have an emergency service line but of course none of these numbers work anymore. I have sent emails and called over 10 times. Now it is Sunday my AC still won’t work it is 90 degrees in my house and has been for 2 days. THERE IS NO 24 HOUR EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Living at Floresta is not like apartment living at all. The design from outside in makes you feel like your living a home. The townhouses are amazing with ample amount of space. Even more, you don't hear anyone next to you which is very common especially with newer communities that go up over night. They might look nice on the inside but walls are paper.
I also wanted to mentioned the staff, Georgette, Monique and Kenia, they are all wonderful and truly responsive if you have any issue. To the whole Floresta team, thank you very much!

The entire staff, especially Monique, has been professional, prompt, friendly and efficient through the entire process. I was scheduled to move into Floresta apartmenst on a Friday of August 2015. They called me the day before and told me that my apartment is not ready because it is not clean yet. I said I don't mind cleaning lady working when I am in, and asked them if I can move into my apartment anyway and they agreed. The next day the cleaning lady came, and even after additional cleaning the apartment was not clean. I did not make a big deal out of this.
Just as when my movers arrived, front keys did not work, wasting valuable mover time.

I am about to move in so this is a comment about the leasing staff. The person I dealt with is Saran and she is awesome. She did all she could to help us with obtaining our unit with minimal costs because of hurricane Irma and made sure that everything went smoothly. She even took care of a package for me that arrived the day before move in. So far I am very pleased with the staff and specifically Saran. I will write more after we move in to comment about other aspects of the unit and the experience.

I really enjoy living at Floresta. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. The staff at Floresta is very friendly and helpful. I am rarely in need of a repair but when I need something fixed they take care of the issue in a very timely manner. I enjoy my neighbors and feel safe and comfortable here.

I have been a resident at Floresta for a couple of years now. Since I have moved in, they have changed management companies to Northland Investment Corporation and the transition has been great. I understand splitting the bill for water is a bit of a pain, but the reasonable monthly rental price of the unit certainly compensates for this issue. The staff are absolutely tremendous and helped to get me into a bigger unit when I outgrew my small one-bedroom one-bathroom. If you like splitting your whole buildings water bill (families, kids, couples) this is the place for you. Lol. make sure you use the term "sub metered" when asking if you only pay for your water usage. They told me only respnsible for what i use yet my bills were $80/mo. And i spent maybe 10 nights there in my 2.5 month stay! My last month i didnt sleep there at all and final bill was $85. Super OLD and depressing. it looks so cute from outside the trees and cute buildings BUT they dont let you see your unit til you move in date. They say "oh maintenance has your keys we cant

I've lived here for a while and I love it here. The gym is sweet. Always clean.
The office staff is always super friendly. They stay working pretty late so availability is pretty on point.
The apartments themselves are real modern and nice. Granit counter top in my unit. Nice laminated wood floors.
Maintenance guys are super friendly and a ways there quick the 2 times I've needed them.

Worst rental experience of my life. You cannot see your actual unit until after you hand over your cashiers check and actually move in. The unit was far inferior to the model. Very dated appliances, cheap hardware, no water pressure. I felt like I was living in a college dorm. The lease agreement is extremely biased to the rental property owner. You have no rights, read it carefully. I felt like I had been scammed.
