Bridge Living App With the Bridge Living App, residents can: pay rent, submit a maintenance request, renew their lease, schedule amenities and see our event calendar, all from one app. We use a third-party pet application service and applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals.

My fiancee's and my cars have been broken into a grand total of four times since we've moved here.
Our vehicles have been hit by a car speeding through the parking lot once while we were asleep.
We've had… probably a dozen packages stolen off of our doorstep.
Someone trued to steal my friend's motorcycle and damaged the kickstand.
My other friend's car got broken into as well
Our apartment constantly smells like weed because our neighbors constantly smoke pot.
The leasing office knows about all of this and refuses to do anything to increase safety. I wouldn't recommend living here even as

Living here is synonymous to living in Detroit during the recession; if it isnt the cop sirens that wake you up at 2am on a Tuesday it will definitely be the domestic disputes in the hallways. Mid utilities that are never accessible due to them being under construction 2/3s of the year and low tier leasing agents. Living off Broad River is already a chore but I legit feel like I have PTSD from this place.

The only reason they get a rating is because of Jasmines incredible customer service in the office and the property manager. She does what she can but she honestly inherited a terrible foundation that the company expects her to fix. She works hard but she can’t do it all, honestly this place is just horrible. Bugs, leaks, and crazy charges it’s just not worth it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Everytime I visit my friend the stays here, it’s trash everywhere in sight. It’s always filled with non-residents and there is NEVER anywhere to park. Her apartment needs major upgrades and she recently had gnat problem. When she reports any problems, she is sent a new fee to pay. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!! Please Beware.

I have lived at RRW since July 2021, and haven't had any major issues so far. The front office staff has had really good communication with me about any issues I have had. Maintenance has been relatively quick and helpful. I do have an appliance yet to be fixed (dishwasher), and some amenities were or are not available (such as a general laundry area, I do not have a washer/dryer in-unit), but otherwise it's in a decent area and I am comfortable and happy with my current residence.

The entire complex is a complete mess, half of the residents are rude and disgusting, leaving trash all over the hallways outside of the apartments, screaming in the hallways at night, partying loud and slamming doors. Cars are broken into, hit, and tags stolen without any cameras to catch the people doing it. The maintenance doesn’t actually fix your problems when you put in work orders, just replaces useless parts. Apparently they are working on asphalt and we can’t park anywhere near our building without getting fines for towing. This is ridiculous and I cannot wait to get out of here once
