Had an appointment on my lunch to get my nails done. Walk ins that arrived after me were sited before me? Was waiting for 15 min until someone actually saw me. Service was ok for manicure. Had to ask him to fix some spots that looked pretty bad. Website prices are different than inside? When questioned the lady she said prices of everything go up and they had to. Its not about the price, its the principle. She said that was the price from 10 years ago and they don't update the website very often? Why do you have a website if you are not going to update it? I did some research prior to choosing Nail Palazzo and I'm so glad I chose them. The salon was very clean and organized. I showed up to my appointment and it was only about a 10 minute wait. Vivian did my nails and she did an amazing job. Every step of the way she was checking in that I was satisfied with how they looked. She was very friendly and professional, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back
For the full set of acrylics with 3 nail designs on each hand I paid $65 not including tip, so the pricing is very reasonable.

Not impressed with their work. Nice atmosphere, pleasant people but the work was crap!!My pedicure chipped in 2 days, and my daughter-in-laws nails chipped in less than 24 hours! Full set of acrylics, they didn't do the length, the coffin style or the paint design she requested, and they took FOREVER!!!! 2 1/2 hours for a full set and a pedicure. I was less than impressed with my pedicure, I wanted my cuticles cleaned up and some massage, I can wash my own feet and polish my own nails! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!!!

Staff was nice, facility was clean. The finished product....what i got and what I wanted totally different.,the nails are kinda all different lengths. Like the index on one hand is shorter than the other I just have bad luck., for 29 dollars the pedicure was not ok. The paint job looks like I did it. So mediocre. Then they had me walk from the pedicure chair to the nail station of course I messed up a nail by the time I noticed it was time to leave so when they retouched it up it was the wrong nail polish and of course I had to leave so I messed it up.

The nail technicians here give the BEST massages during your service. They are also extremely cleanly. Every tool that could be invasive has been bagged and properly sterilized. As someone who works with potential bloodborne pathogens, this is the most important part to me. The technicians also take their time during massages. I've never felt like they were rushing through massages as fast as they could, with hard pressure, like I've experienced elsewhere. I will continue to come here again and again!

They have their prices of service right in the front on a brocher which they do not honor. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB . It is illegal to have a price list and then tell your clients your not honering the prices you have listed . The lady had me go to the back and sit down and wait for a nail tech then she noticed that I was yelping her and told me to leave after I told her it's illegal to not honor the prices that you have shown in your business. Mind you I sat and waited 30 minutes at the front picking out my nail color waiting to go to the back.

Love Nail Palazzo! I’ve been coming here for years and no other place compares to the service and quality! The environment is very clean and very professional. Let me Start by saying I came here for the First time and I didn't have an appointment but they were able to Squeeze me in which was Great since everywhere else was booked. Being a nail Specialist years ago i can tell the environment is Very Clean and they Sanitize everything after every customer like they're supposed to. I love the Customer Service here as if it felt very welcoming. Also not to mention they take their time and i never felt Rushed. I came & got my nails done by Ryan a month ago for my husbands birthday.
To start, when you enter the building, just like someone else mentioned, ALL eyes are on you, & not in a flattering way. The employees stare at you like you're blue before they even bother to acknowledge you & ask if you need help.
Ryan did a thorough job on my nails, they lasted 3 weeks & would've went longer but it was time to remove them.
It seemed like every employee came over to watch as he did my nails, he does great nail work so that part didn't bother me. What bothered me, was knowing

Absolutely amazed by my experience with this nail salon. Been coming here for over a year now always get the best service and recently got to try a new nail tech (Linda) this woman is AMAZING she is so gentle and will go ABSOLUTELY 100% out of her way to make sure I was happy even when I asked to change nail color and design she didn't get upset or frustrated she was understanding calm and simply made sure I was happy and that's all! Thank you Linda 😊💓for a wonderful experience! Highly suggest this nail salon!

The girl that did my gel manicure was very nice but the manicure itself was terrible. My nails were coffin shaped and I told her to keep the shape. My nails were completely square when I left and I had to reshape them myself. She also buffed my nails so much they were paper thin and 2 of them ripped in half within a week of getting them done. I ended up having to cut all my nails down to nubs. For $35 plus tip I am very upset about the quality of this place. It was a complete waste of money and time.
