The front end team, Matt and Ozzie were extremely courteous and professional. They confirmed the repair i needed and explained what the technician did.
I was also impressed with the efficiency of the repair. They even parked the vehicle in the original spot.
I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate me without an appointment, even though the shop was very busy.
Excellent work overall. Will definitely go back and Happy to recommend.

Awesome customer service. Had a spare tire that wasn't holding air. Talked to Matt and he said bring it in. In the process of removing the spare tire from the rim, the rim bent. Matt replaced both the tire and the rim - no charge. Have also purchased a couple of other sets of tires from Suburban Tire - good prices and excellent service on those occasions as well. Highly recommend them!

I found an amazing Groupon online for a wheel alignment, so I decided to try them out. What a great experience! The store manager Mike, provided friendly, thorough, and exceptional service. He treated me like a friend, and not a customer.
He explained to me how my battery wasn't at the recommended cold crank rating, and gave me some great options. I ended up replacing my battery. Also, I got a great deal!
I highly recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. This was my first time going here, and I would absolutely go back to them. I was really impressed with their professionalism

Made an appointment days in advance for an 8am drop off for an oil change and general inspection. It's now 5pm, called them they said it will be another hour as they are running late. What is the point of taking a reservation and you've had the car since 7:45am this morning, how about a heads up? So glad we now get to run out during rush hour with my infant daughter to pick it up. I get staffing shortages are real and things come up but respect a customer enough to call them and let them know. They were very apologetic and do excellent work so chalking it up to a busy day but will definitely get

I came in with a slow leak on my 18 explorer and the gentleman Ozzie had it fixed and repaired in no time.
While I was there, I set aside an order for 4 custom tires for my 1972 pick up... scheduled to be installed the next week.
During our scheduled time, I had a family emergency and called to at least pay for the tires so they didn't think I was messing around - not only would the company not let me pay over the phone, they insisted to leave the tires there until I was ready to bring my truck in.
They were able to fit me in a time

WENT there the 1st time w john Becker honest guy when he left I was nervous because I dont want to be told I need something done when I dont .In comes Ozzie also honest and sincere and accommodating. Will keep going there as long as OZZIE there 1st time I am told I need work done when I dont will go elsewhere. As of now this has Never happened great place to get your car serviced. 5 stars

Don't like the new service manager. Jon was good last year. this new guy Ozzie Turns away business right and left. He told me the phone was broken and not to call.No cars wer within a 1/2 mile of here and he said I could not get an oil change. The owner should see how this store is ran. Bad review. Thanx for nothing SUBURBAN!

We were on a trip from Texas to Wisconsin, got a TPMS "low pressure" indication, searches and found several places, started making calls.
We were towing a trailer, had a cat in the truck, so there were some special circumstances. Called three places in the general area, didn't get feeling like they would be accommodating to our situation. Called Suburban Tire and talked to Justin. Drive over, pulled in and they had the tire off in less than five minutes. Justin checked and adjusted pressure in all the rest of the tires while one of his other guys jumped on fixing the tire with the

I came across Suburban Tire by way of coupon searching and they were the cheapest around. I also followed on with the reviews here on yelp that helped too. My dealer is an hour away and pretty expensive. I stopped in without an appt. And while the wait was pretty long Ozzy made me an appointment for me to come back same day. This place is clean and full service. The fancy coffee and tea bar was nice too. I will definitely be back. Thanks Suburban!

I can't say enough good things about John and the Suburban Tire team in Oswego. They are friendly and honest; go out of your way to help you and in a timely manner. We bring all 3 of our cars there and don't even think of going anywhere else. John has repaired things at no or reduced charges on our vehicles in certain circumstances. They offer to drive us home / pick us up if necessary. Their shop is clean; great waiting area with coffee. They don't take forever to get a job done; it's usually done faster than promised. I could go on.

I go to the Oswego location and they are honest and friendly. Definitely a place you'd want to go if you're nervous and know little about cars. They are honest and don't seem to be taking you for a ride. I bring my car here even just for an oil change. Def better than Jiffy lube or those quicky places that could care less about you.

When suburban tires opened I was excited to have a local repair shop near because my vehicle was a 2010 pathfinder and out of warranty and they took care of me. I got an excellent price for my new tires and other minor repairs but also got a loaner car at no charge. Great! Since than I purchased my 2015 Titan and went in when the tire warning light came on and without question or charge they checked it all out! Another great experience! But what blew me away I brought my 70 year old mom in and her 2009 murano for new tires. I wasn't able to be there with her but the exceptional customer service

My first time there and what a great experience. Found about their shop through some google searching looking for an aligment service that was needed for my Audi Q5. This is definitely a great find for me and will be back and recommend to all my friends for sure. The tech that worked on my car is well versed when it comes to the European vehicles ie. Audi and was very meticulous as I observed his work through the glass window. I can tell he's very passionate on what he does. The manager also explained everything well and was very honest with the work that needed done and not too mention great
