UPDATE: About 2 months after I wrote this review, a supposed representative of Lord's Auto contacted my Grandparents to inform them I will be sued for my comments. I called them regarding the matter and after one question their response was "Bye" and hung up. Felt like this could've been handled in a more professional manner. For all intended purposes, my comments and reviews are nothing but my personal experiences that I feel are worth sharing.
My grandparents came here to get an engine light looked at. To be fair they ran the code which is fine but they cleared it so now we have no direction

I have known Preston and Nydia for 20+ years. The integrity is 2nd to none. We live in a world where businesses are now thanked for their honesty. As sad as that is, it’s not an issue with Lord’s Auto Care. Same mind set and integrity as when he started his business 45 years ago. Quality repairs, done right the first time and on time. ASE certified technicians is important. No second guessing on repairs, which is a great asset. No over selling or unnecessary repairs made. They also offer a ride to work, to back home.
