From then we have grown into the multi-platform sales and repair center everyone in Sarasota, Florida knows today. Uptech started out Dealing with just Okidata, HP, IBM, Toshiba and Dell.
Over the years our resources have exploded to include third-party repair for all the main brands on the market including, but not limited to, HP, Sony, Toshiba, Lenovo, Dell, Okidata, Lexmark, ASUS, Acer, Apple, etc. We provide retail sales of most accessories and components for the everyday end-user.

I dropped my laptop and broke a bunch of pieces off it internally and externally, and eventually it wouldn't turn on. The nice man at Uptech took it apart and saved it, dealing with the hardware and even repairing the laptop shell/body. I'm so grateful! He had it ready in one afternoon and the price was very reasonable!
Initially I took it to a different shop nearby, and they wouldn't even look at it. I'm so glad my family told me Uptech had fixed their laptops in the past.

They did a great job for me at a reasonable price. Best place to go for no-nonsense, fast service. Forget Geek Squad and shops that take a week or more. Brought in my laptop - they called me the same day - said it would be ready the next day and gave me the price. Professional, friendly and experienced - wouldn't go anywhere else!

I don't recommend this company. I assume they're technically qualified, but so are the many computer repair shops in the area. I would go elsewhere. Why? The proprietor doesn't bother to do the minimum of working with the customer to understand the problem or discuss the customer's concerns. Just took my computer and contact info and good bye. No discussion of problem. Didn't ask what was already done So, the technician did exactly what I had done. Decided it needed $900 to repair and charged me $65 for doing what I had done. Then, when I voiced my concerns, she said " you didn't tell me. Of course

I bought my very first computer here and that was in 2003 .. they were so helpful as I didn’t know a thing about computers or how to work them .. they were so patient and gave me great information.. never had an issue with my computer .. I called them many times and they were always very helpful .. I definitely would refer someone to go see them 😀

They are the kindest, most professional, reliable computer repair company I have ever had work on my devices. There have been times that I dropped by with a broken printer and they fix it within the hour and charge me a very low price. They are a wonderful family owned and operated business and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer.
