The Cottages At Schillinger's Pointe

The amenities here are awesome - units are wired for ethernet, there's a big pool, multiple rec areas, a gym and a yoga room, Starbucks coffee in the lobby, an Amazon Hub, and two dog parks, not to mention you can get trash pick up if you want! The staff is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Maintenance is done quickly and well and with a smile. The residents I have met are very neighborly. And it's so convenient to work and stores!

Me & my daughter viewed the model apartment & fell in love with the place...she moved in 2 months later...its clean...gated...&...quite too...plus a small pool to swim in also in hot days!😜

Was very unimpressed with the construction ,they seemed very dirty as far as the grounds go. They could really use a better groundskeeper . the layout is nice for a retirement community . the security gates dont appear very safe it is only a matter of time til they start malfunctioning.

Beautiful area but I no longer have interest moving to this community. I drove into the community to look at the area. Right before I got out of my car to walk into the leasing office, I notice a car following me the entire time. That was a complete turn off. I will take my money elsewhere.

The apartments are beautiful inside and out but some of the people are not. As a person of color who lives alone, I find myself extremely uncomfortable quite often when I step outside of my home. These apartments are new but already the George Zimmermans of the neighborhood are showing their true colors. I've lived here less than a year, and already I've had people stop their vehicle and watch me while I went to the mailbox on multiple occasions. Following me around the neighborhood in their vehicles, I guess to see if I "belonged" here. So now, I absolutely do not go to the mailbox unless I'm

Staff is very responsive and prompt with maintenance. Great experience so far. Off to a great start as Mobile’s first cottage style apartment community

Moved in 3 weeks ago. Staff still has not even addressed the move in check list.

These are probably the nicest apartments we have ever lived in. It combines the best of both worlds. You feel like you live in a house but you have the amenities of apartment living. We love our cottage!
