I have been living in this apartments for three good years, they respond quickly to all maintenance requests. Redgateapartments is a nice place to live the staff is wonderful I had so many questions and concerns when I was first m. I love where I stay. Besides that, Very peaceful. I've lived here for years and I love the location, staff and community.

I've lived here for a over a year now and I absolutely love the area and the property manager Beatrice White, someone is an amazing person who takes great pride in providing the best help and or assistance to the residents. I highly recommend anyone to come and check out these apartments. The staff is wonderful and the maintenance takes care of all your needs. It's a wonderful day at Redgate so come by and see for yourself 😉😉

If I could give this apartment complex a negative zero I would .. they turn you down for no reason and take your money! For Ms Mariah count your days cause she will do you dirty she have no respect at all . She wouldn’t give me my admin fee back just the other day I’m now trying to speak with the corporate. What apartment complex you know keep a admin fee?no one

The leasing staff is very friendly and informative! They took their time in breaking everything down for me and remained professional! The property is well kept and EXTREMELY QUIET regardless of the time of day! The apartments have character and some nice upgrades. Honesty can't beat the price for all the amenities! Looking forward to having ALL THREE POOLS open!!! I could definitely see myself staying here for some years! No complaints here!

Monday night I wrote a review about my experience with Red gate and my short time here. So after my review and email I was contacted by the property manager Mrs. Beatrice White! Now when I signed papers I was lead to believe someone else was the manager. And my few point of contacts was with that same person! Mrs. White met with me Tuesday morning before office hours (SAYS ALOT) and heard me out and I explained everything to her. And she also apologized to me for her staff and how I was handled. Ive lived in the apartments for going on 4 years when the storm happened BOTH bathroom ceilings collapsed flooding the apt. I had to ask them to move me to another. They charged me for moving out of the damaged apt when the ceilings collapsed and the apartment flooded! I tried setting up a payment arrangement which was denied. The exact words of… the rudest apt manager “ Contact me when i come up with a reasonable arrangement. Now they are trying to evict me for non payment of the moveout which I’m pretty sure is illegal when the reason i in had to move was bc of the ceilings

I like redgate. They are fully updated, so the price is fair for how nice they are (not a cheap basic living community). They have no breed restrictions, and Ishmael is probably the nicest happiest person I've ever meet. The manager Katrina is customer service oriented, and is easy to work with. Ive been there 5 years, and just signed a new contract.
