Elaine is the most knowledgeable lawyer I've ever seen. In my opinion my case was a challenging one, as I was adjusting status from L1A to EB1C, functional. Although I was stressed and anxious throughout the process, Elaine's level headed approach, and years of experience in knowing what the USCIS is looking for when approving these cases proved extremely valuable. Although I am on the home run stretch… and everything isnt officially approved yet, the company filing portion is completed, and I am not sure it would have gone through as smoothly, and without any RFE's without her help.
