If you have been unable to accomplish any of the above on your own, then YES, you need a Personal Trainer. I have a passion for teaching people how to achieve their goals.

This includes not only motivating them through personalized training sessions, but educating them on how their bodies work, how to prevent injuries, how to maximize tension for additional power and strength, how to become more mobile, and most importantly - how to feed their bodies the correct foods to get leaner, stronger, and healthier.You can do this!

I've been a competitive athlete my entire life. I constantly challenge myself, my strength, and my skill sets. I've been fortunate over the years to have had outstanding mentors and trainers, and continue to seek out and explore different training methodologies. In addition, I have spent years researching and experimenting with nutrition.
Kettlebell training reigns supreme in increasing ballistic power, total body strength, cardio endurance, and flexibility. The basic movements - swings, presses, snatches, and Turkish-Get-Ups are enough to whittle off the extra pounds, create enviable muscle definition, and develop true, full-body functional strength.
Train with a friend. You both save $$$. Individual goals will be addressed. Individual nutrition will be examined. Train outdoors, in your home, or in my Gilbertsville facility where there is more room and more equipment. Maximum 4 trainees. You all save $$$. Group sessions are great for stay-at-home moms who need to work around their children's schedules or for teammates preparing for an event.
