Latham Village Apartments have been my home for five and one half years, now and I have never had cause to complain! Their Staff is professional, courteous and on time with maintenance! In fact, their Staff have made follow-up phone calls to check on satisfaction, which I appreciate. There are private entrances, porches and you are able to plant a beautiful garden outside your place! Their pet-friendly policy is the least expensive I've seen, for apartment complexes, in this area. I think this will be home for a long time!

Mediocrity at its finest. The property's location is its best selling point followed by large apartment size. Otherwise management is rude and expects the same from staff. Maintenance will often do the bare minimum when able. If you can afford to look elsewhere, its probably a good idea 💡 🙄☹

So my husband actually lived here when we were dating and from what I saw the experience was amazing. Everything was clean the staff made a point to know every one by name and really treat each person and situation individually the grounds crew was awesome everything was always up to par. The cost for the size was about average and everything worked well

Management was always on top of it, friendly, straightforward, and easy to reach. Their office hours were great and very flexible around a 9-5 Monday-Friday job. Unfortunately, in order to do laundry, I had to go outside to a different building which wasn't fun during the cold months. I also had a first floor apartment and I know the hard wood floors look lovely, but I could hear every single thing the person above me was doing... I mean everything. Overall it was nice, but not a permanent residence.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 4 years coming up this December. The rent is affordable and the office and management goes above and beyond. If you ever have a problem they always fix it asap and follow up afterwards to make sure you are satisfied. The maintenance workers are also very nice and friendly. The apartments are spacious and clean. I honestly probably wont be moving out until we end up buying a home!!
