Dr. Yeh is a therapeutic and glaucoma certified optometrist licensed by the California Board of Optometry. With her extensive training in primary care optometry, including contact lenses, computer vision, and treatment of eye infections and allergies, Dr. Yeh is excited to offer exceptional eye care to adults and children at All About Eyes in Los Gatos.

We carry many Designer Eyeglasses Lines as well as Mainstream trends, New trends, Old trends, and some for those who want something trendless in their eyeglasses. With over 1,000 frames to choose from our Frame and Lens Consultant will help you choose a style that reflects your own. Today you may be metal, tomorrow you're a little plastic.
We are really impressed with our digital imaging system. This camera has the ability to photograph the back of the eye (retina, macula and optic nerve) without dilation. The camera is so sophisticated and sensitive that it can pick up features of your eye that are normally very difficult to see. After capturing the images of your retina, the doctors can instantly review them and show you specific features.
Each eyelid contains about twenty oil glands that run vertically in the eyelid. And each oil gland has a small opening along the eyelid margin next to where your eyelash is attached to the eyelid. These are very small openings and you really can't see them without a microscope. The oil from these oil glands spread out over the front of the eyeball and helps prevent your tears from evaporating too quickly.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the office. My appointment (pre-Covid) was well organized, Dr Young was efficient and friendly, and Jack got my glasses processed quickly. I brought in two frames that needed new lenses, and they got them done quickly and with high quality. Jack also showed me and I ended up buying a pair of Maui Jim's. I was really excited to pick them up, but it ended up to be a huge disappointment because the glasses had significantly worse quality than the Oakley's I'm usually wearing. I brought them in, and Jack sent them in to get them redone.

I was in a hurry to get glasses and did not want to use Lenscrafters, so I decided to come here as I now live in Los Gatos. They do have nice frames; I will give them that. I worked with Jack, who was very pushy as far as getting expensive features I did not need. Got two pairs: sunglasses and prescription clear glasses, still expensive, but oh well... Got it done, or so I thought.
Then, I get a call a week later, while on vacation, telling me that they had lost my prescription

Like other reviewers, my husband and I have felt the same about Jack- these reviews only solidify our previous experiences with him. Whenever we book appointments, we make it a point to only interact with Dr. Yeh and Jose. Both are very customer service oriented, listens, always pleasant, thorough and is genuine in services they provide.

I really really like this place. I feel like my eye exam was very thorough. They did not feel satisfied until we really nailed it down completely. I signed up to try contacts which was a BIG deal, unbeknownst to me. You have to come in a chunk of times to be sure they are working properly...good fit, good prescription, etc. I feel like they really went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied...And I can see incredibly well. Love my new graded trifocal lenses. My stigmatism seems to make everything a little more challenging, but these guys were awesome. They work together as a tight knit team

I had the most wonderful experience when I had my eyes examined in December of 2014, and the top notch service doesn't end when one walks out the door with their new glasses/contacts. I called today (6/25/18) because I moved to Washington and needed a copy of my prescription for my optometrist in Tacoma. Not only did they promptly send me a copy of the prescription via email, they sent a copy of the invoice and the specifications for the type of anti-reflective / anti-scratch coating as well. Last but most certainly not least, they give great advice when it comes to frames; the ones I've been wearing

Jose was super easy to work with, the whole staff was polite and helpful. But after reading these reviews its clear that Mr Jack needs to update his customer service skills. Or lack there of. He was super cool to me, not pushy at all. But after reading these reviews its got me contemplating everything. HAHA someone stop this man before he strikes again!

I contacted All About Eyes to see if they would consider adjusting two pairs of glasses for my father. He lives in a memory care facility near their office but is not a patient there, nor am I. I spoke with Jack, who assured me they would be glad to help. Because I was driving from out of town, he even made sure I knew when his lunch hour was so that we didn't arrive during that time. I have used this place for eye exams as well as to get glasses for a number of years. I now wonder why I continued to come here. The optometrists are fine, the medical eye exams and advice are standard. But the problem is with the optician side. The last three pairs of glasses I purchased from this place developed unexpected problems. For example the covering that makes contact with the ears would come off, or in another instance the actual lens started pealing a film coating. (Dr. Yeh is excellent - so this review is not really about her) The front desk person (Jack?) really needs a crash course in customer service. He was extremely pushy in trying to sell expensive add ons. I had stated very clearly that I wanted a backup pair of glasses and would not spend anything more than what was covered by insurance. He did not seem to like that and was very curt after that point. I think my glasses were purposely messed up. The split bifocals are not positioned properly. I dont want to go back to the office even to get them fixed. I would recommend the doctor but not this office

I love Eye Contact Optometry! As a new contact wearer, the doctors and staff were more than helpful and kind about explaining things to me and working with me when I needed help troubleshooting! They got me in quicly every time I needed an appointment and I never had to wait long once I got to the office. They worked with my insurance closely and helped me get what I needed within budget. I did not feel pressured to buy more than I could or more than I needed, which is a relief. I went here based on the VSP and Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Front desk staff helpful, kind, knowledgable and efficient. I met with Dr. Young, who took a lot of time getting to know my history, answers questions and examine my eyes. She was very thorough and kind. I had great fun choosing glasses with Jack up front. Booked my husband and daughter for their eye exams the week after next.

All of the optometrists are excellent. They are very thorough and caring, and provide referrals and follow up whenever necessary. They are patient, and work with you to find the best prescription that meets your needs. Service is prompt, courteous and friendly. I found about this place through a friend who told me they were really nice and had good service, I'm all about customer service and thought I'll give them a try. I really needed an eye exam so I went to them. They receptionist are great, very friendly. Dr Yeh looked rushed while she was with me, I did not like that. Maybe you shouldn't book appts on top of other appts or so damn close to each other. The reason I gave this place 2 stars is because by the time I picked out the frames that I wanted the guy who was explaining the differences between the no glare or glare lenses added

I actually was not that impressed by this place. I went here because it had high reviews on Yelp. Honestly, I've gotten better service at Pearl Vision. Dr. Yeh was really nice, but she's a busy body and I felt extremely rushed through the exam. Asking me the difference between 4 and 5, 2 and 3 seemed like a matter of life and death. They also added on a bunch of fees on top of my insurance like a retina picture and a contact fitting fee, and then tried to upsell me on the type of contacts I wear (from Acuvue 2 to Acuvue Oasis which are about $7 more per box and at 8 boxes that&apos

This Optometry office is super friendly and actually makes it a pleasure to see the eye doctor and get fitted for contacts or an eyeglass prescription. Dr. Yeh and Dr. Lessani are genuinely nice, super patient and work really hard to make sure your lenses are best for you. I found All About Eyes on Yelp on a Sunday. I called them on the following Monday and got a same day appointment. The staff was extreeeeemly helpful and assisted me with finding my husbands secondary insurance (which helped out tremendously with the style of frames I wanted).
I saw doctor Fariba Lessani. She was very thorough in her exam and explaining the results with me. She was super nice as well. I then picked out my frames and got exactly what I wanted as the staff (JB & Jack) helped me get both my primary and secondary coverage situated. They told me my glasses would be ready
