I truly enjoy where I live at Auburn Heights Apartments. The past 2 years I've taken full advantage of the pool, workout room, and I often walk around the complex community and feel safe! With my degree being Interior Design and Architecture.... I can appreciate all the benefits of the apartment customizations and offerings. I also have a furry family member and am thankful my cat is accepted here. I'd recommend joining the community to anyone looking for a quiet family oriented, along with professional lifestyle apartment complex.

I moved here in 2016 during a rough time. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They’re one of the few complexes that I know of who will paint your apartment for you free. They provided upgraded cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom with new carpet. I love the brushed nickel detail on my kitchen and bathroom fixtures and the ceiling fan over the dining area. I also have a gas stove, most apartments give you electric and there’s a laundry room with full size side-by-side washer/dryer. I love having private entry to my place and they’re super nice about receiving packages for you when

We lived here for a year. Very friendly maintenence and helpful office staff, with package deliveries especially. Good amenities; wonderful pool area and cable in the fitness room. Good location; gas/grocery/liquor stores right down the road. Plenty of parking. Some outdoor/patio storage. Fair amount of indoor storage. Snow/ice removal was exceptional. Appliances were good.

Lock your car doors... Lawn service will mow/weedwack on the weekend/AM hours at times. Tenants must use a gas dryer. Walk from parking lot to door was 150-feet; not unbearable but, groceries, moving, etc. was not always

First and foremost I had a perfect experience with my initial tour with Yvette of the Auburn Heights Apartments in Pontiac, MI. Immediately I applied to the property for a one bedroom unit. Now a year later I am still living on property very satisfied! This complex is the only gated community in the area, quiet, friendly with a pool/clubhouse on property. Maintenance requests was a positive experience throughout my 1 year experience!

Just spent my first year in one of their Apt units and over all I'd say it's was a pretty pleasant stay.
The neighbors are quiet, no police calls or things like that; my car never got broke into, mail never went missing and I never had an unpleasant experience with the people around me. It's an Animal friendly (including big dog) area and the people are good about picking up their dog's pop. A good diversity of people (mostly black and white) and everyone seems pretty friendly. It isn't a party area though, I think they maybe more older people than younger people and the middle aged ones have
