I lived here for from January-October in 2019. They were willing to give me a 10 month lease without charging me a fee. I had a couple things that needed repair while I was living there, and they were fixed very quickly. Management was always very friendly and easy to work with. I will say, the apartment was not clean when I moved in. Like, not even vacuumed. They told me the apartment was "professionally cleaned" when I moved in. This was either a lie, or they're getting ripped off by their cleaning service.

Quiet, comfortable home, great management. My interactions with the management were always very professional. Repair requests were completed promptly.Raw brick interior wall creates a cool aesthetic. Facilities (exterior doors, laundry equipment, etc.) could use some investment, but rent was very affordable and made up for it. I moved out of state or I would have renewed my lease without any hesitation.

We’ve only been here a few months and I can not wait until our lease is up in 6 months!! Our apartment has so many problems from a leak in our bedroom to the toilet always clogging up, our air conditioner barely runs, maintenance comes when they want, we had a power outage over a week ago and our hallway lights are still out so we have to use flashlights off our phones to walk in the house, these apartments always stink , ants are all over the place, counter tops are just a mess, it’s just horrible here!! We looked at a few apartments and got approved at 2 so at this point we’re ready to

I leave here for a year stole my bike and my mail I had a leak in the bathroom for 4 mouth I try to get them to fix it every week they keep make a reason way they could not fix it so I call the city on them they still didn't fix it so i stop paying them rent i keep on take pictures of the leak they didn't fix it until the leases was up then they try to sue me for pass rent but they lost because I took pictures don't leave here they not a good place to live at
