We're very unhappy with the client services here. I have been chasing mgmt down for 2 months in attempt to resolve a noise problem with the heat exchange unit outside our bedroom window. They didn't make any attempt to identify the problem due to the fact it happens mainly at night. After multiple calls over a 2 month period, the only response was to change apartments. We are not willing to risk having the same problem after the trouble of moving to another unit. Especially after they couldn't be bothered to identify the current problem in the first place. I love this community because people are very nice and friendly. Their pricing is very competitive. They have different community activities going on all the time. The people here really care for the residents. I have been there for 4 years and they have always resolved my issues professionally and promptly and that is what made me to renew my contract there every year. :)

Office staff wouldn’t have a job if they weren’t friends with upper management. Very unprofessional and will charge you in breach of your rental contract when you move out. The only way to handle it is to take it to court which wastes Your time and money. Better off finding somewhere else to live it’s run down and they cut corners to save a penny.

Yes I live here with me and my wife for going on the second year. The first year was amazing no problems of any if any body had a complaint it was handle ASAP. But this year when management changed and different people started running this place lol o boy it went down hill fast. The maintenance people cut our ac off with out even telling us (I only… know of this when I got home and my house was at 92%, walks in our apartment with out even calling us, and at last but lest tried to fix the washing aching spelled water all over the laundry room and then tried to wipe it up with our dish rags
