Foote Hills offers pet-friendly apartments and welcomes cats and dogs, including large dogs! I lived in Foote Hills for 14 months and my time there was fine. Maintenance was responsive, as well as the people in the office (only when I started the process of moving out did they go ghost). My neighbors were fine for the most part, and the apartments are located in a nice area.
One issue I did have was a bat infestation. I was unable to use my 3rd floor balcony because it was covered in bat droppings. I haven't even started living here quite yet, but their service is top notch for the application process. I was helped by Eliza, they were able to get me all set up for an apartment within a week and a half. They are super responsive and definitely care about their tenants! I am so happy to have such a great experience with Foote Hills Apartments

Waste of time! Was given false information about several things. Price, unit, month for move in, etc. Communication was very poor. Called several times a week and left voicemails with no return call. Finally got through to someone after a MONTH of not hearing anything just to find out that the leasing assistant that was working with me was fired… due to issues like these! It took me contacting corporate for someone on site to call me and help take care of the issue. They were not willing to. accommodate me. Was promised a full refund over a month ago and still have not received it. Been

Hello, we just drove an hour to tour the apartments as it was scheduled for on a Saturday. The lady had no idea what we were talking about when we brought up a tour, and then proceeded to tell us that all of the apartments are taken. We are very angry and upset and this apartment complex will not be receiving any of our business in the future.

I only have praises for Foote Hills. Now this is not a brand new facility but certainly the quietness and near to conveniences stands out. Residents are long term people and community is nice and stable. Very safe for children and young kids. Management is very prompt and professional. At the same time it is located near to all the malls and groceries of the 28th streets that it is so convenient to get your stuff.

Foote Hills is a great place to live! The complex is a great location for shopping and eating out at local restaurants. It's even a quick 5 minute drive to the airport. The Property Manager, Tiffany, is very easy to work with and responds to emails within the same day to answer questions or initiate a maintenance request.

I recently toured Foote Hills, looking for a 1-bed. I fell in love with the community and had a great experience with the office team, however, they didn't have any 1-beds within my time frame. Unfortunately I had to rent elsewhere, but I will be back. I purposely did a short term lease where I'm at so that I can get in at Foote Hills when my lease is up. It's a beautiful community in a great location.

When I first contacted Jeffrey about an availability in Foote Hills Apartments, he responded very quickly with very detailed information. Although we were running out of time, he was trying his best to help us move in smoothly and constantly kept in touch with us to update the process. We were able to get a house to move-in at last, but situation… came across and we had to drop our application right before a few days we planned to move in. My wife and I lived at Foote Hills Estates for 4 years. Lisa (leasing agent) and Rob (maintenance) are great, I have nothing but words of praise for them both. I would see them on almost a daily basis and both were always courteous, friendly and genuine people. The manager Glen can be abrasive at times, but overall he does care about the complex. Rent was fair (although rising every year) and the homes and grounds were well maintained for the price point. I would recommend this complex for anyone looking for an apartment in the Cascade/Kentwood area.

Have lived here for over 3 years now and could not be more satisfied. The staff has been great and has fixed anything we've asked for extremely quickly. Plus, as a bonus, they offer free breakfast (muffins and pastries) at the apartment office on weekdays with free coffee as well. The privacy is great as well...the apartments have only one in and out, which means not a lot of traffic and the neighbors have been pretty quiet.
