I was willing to get past the poor bedside manner and coldness of Linda Banta's lacking personality... but after paying for a procedure and being unhappy with the results, Stone Oak Dermatology absolutely refused to fix it.
Client happiness should be a big priority but apparently it isn't at Stone Oak Dermatology.

Victoria was really sweet & kind . The esthetician was also very nice. Every time I've gone, Dr. Banta seems like unless you're in there to spend a lot of money on cosmetic procedures she doesn't want to be bothered. I was there for skin cancer. She has a condescending bedside manner. I've sent several friends there & they said they'd never go back because of her manner & they felt put down by her. I would recommend finding another Dr. for real skin problems.

Two complaints about this practice.
1. Dr. Banta does not give you any of her tome unless you are having a cosmetic procedure done. I went to Stone Oak for routine skin check and other related issues. She popped in for maybe 5minutes barely examining my freckles and moles. This was the norm as I've been three times and experienced the same level each time.
2. The billing department always messes up the payments. The last visit I was charged in full on the spot, the insurance was charged (which they told me they wouldn't bill insurance because it wasn't allowed), and then I was

I have been going to Dr Banta for almost 3 years now. Everything is always top notch with her and she is so precise with her work it amazes me. I go for Botox and lip fillers a couple of times a year. I always feel very welcomed by the staff at the front desk. The nurses are very professional, guides you through the process with Dr. Banta and after care for the service you received. I honestly send everyone here and will continue to be a customer for life!

I came in July 2019. I was interviewed and came up with a plan to work on my skin then ultimately get a liquid face lift. The dr cam in at the end to determine what and how much fillers I would need at the end.i was given a price for each , had 2 factora treatments cost $1500 nd the treatment kit $360, then I purchased another process can't remember the name but it infuses the skin with vitiman c I think , Christine did this , she is excellent. A very satisfied patient of Dr. Banta for many years! We moved here from the Austin area and began looking for a Dermatologist. After a couple of bad experiences at other Doctor's offices we found Dr. Banta. My wife and I are both Patients of hers and love her and her Staff. They are friendly, competent, thorough and provide great service. Don't waste your time looking around...start with Dr. Linda Banta!

First, I am so pleased that I found this dermatology clinic close to home because it is not a 'Group-on' drive through waste of time. I was so done with Group-on and dermatology. Dr. Banta is a real doctor with up to date 'authentic' products. Results are very impressive and she is very experienced. I've been there twice with a little bit of wait time, but the wait ended up being okay. Also, they may be busier when running specials on their FB page.

I absolutely love my visits with Dr. Banta! She has helped me restore confidence in myself. I have gotten Botox around my eyes and on my forehead and I cannot emphasize enough on how natural it looks! I have also had lip fillers and for the first time I can wear lipstick and smile with a top lip! I would recommend her to anyone!

First time coming and I am very pleased. The nurse took her time to talk to me and she had a nice bedside manner. The doctor was pleasant. The waiting room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly. They got me back fairly quick.
All of the things you look for in a doctor and doctors office she had. The products offered to me that my insurance wouldn't cover were reasonably priced.
I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience. They have a lot to offer here as far as skin care.
