When my wife and I first moved here we were happy. Seemed like a peaceful community and nice place to live. It’s been nothing but issues and the lack of care from the main office and property manager is disgraceful! As others have mentioned, when you call in for anything they will disregard your concerns. After a few months of moving in the AC broke and it took multiple trips and many calls for them to fix that. Don’t even get me started on the water heater here. Will constantly make loud pop sounds and when you want that hot shower or bath, good luck! It won’t last! They will ignore all

From our first visit alone we knew this was the place for us! That feeling did not change after we moved in. We have been here nearly a year and a half and could not be happier with our experience here! All of the staff are so friendly & they take care of any issues that come up very quickly. The communication between the staff with the residents… is fantastic!

Used to be nice. Far from that these days. As others indicated, if you live near the back by the houses or back gates, you WILL hear the train ALL the time! And a ton of construction by the back gates that never seems to end! Doesn’t matter if your windows are closed. Poor insulation, cheap windows to appliances. Very drafty in the winter. Barely anything gets replaced or cleaned. They used to power wash the buildings. Last time was 4 years ago. Other neighbors have said the same thing. If you ask the leasing office, they will always come up with an excuse for “next year.” Other apartments

My girl got me all excited to move out here thinking it was going to be nice and peaceful. Between the airport, train, construction, motorcycles and traffic...Nope! Like living at the dang train station!!!!! No sleep around here. You can hear everything in this building. When you call about anything, they don’t care. It’s all an act with their responses below.

I have lived here for the past six months, and have no complaints thus far. It is a really nice neighborhood and the apartment complex is very quiet. The kitchen is quite nice with all the cabinet space, along with a very spacious utility room.
Reasonably priced, utilities are average, parking is never an issue. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone, wishing to reside near the interstate as 480 is within approximately half mile.

Phenomenal place to live! Been here almost 2 years now and I have no negative feedback. The staff members are amazing, my neighbors are amazing and all of my visitors who have been over have nothing but great things to say about the complex. It's quiet, safe and inviting. It's close to shopping, grocery stores and major highways. 12 minutes to get downtown. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the Terraces at Northridge!

Not gonna hold my tongue anymore! Been here 10+ years and the service gets worse every year! Snow/ice removal and grounds keeping are awful and leave the walkways and parking lots DANGEROUS! Property Manager and Staff do not put out any effort to ensure a safe environment. Corporate will fill you with lots of promises that their influences don't… even matter. The staff at the Terraces at Northridge is top-notch. My wife and I have always been impressed with the response time for any "emergency" or even the smallest repair to our apartment. Ryan and Neal are always courteous and helpful and considerate of our privacy and needs. Katie Wilson, the property manager, has been great. We've been here almost five years!!! We recommend the Terraces to anyone who is looking for a quiet and well-kept apartment living experience set in the wonderful city of Brooklyn, Ohio.

Nice location, very accommodating, and close to everything. The floorplan is well thought out, and the pet policy is great. All of our neighbors are incredibly nice and maintenance is incredibly speedy. If I could change anything, a larger kitchen would be nice, and there seems to be an above average amount of litter on the grounds most of the time.
