Living at Celebration Pointe has been an absolute delight. The property’s staff are very professional and extremely attentive when I have any issues or concerns. Danielle the property manager is accommodating and Junior in maintenance is such a friendly, helpful gentleman. The interior and layout of the unit is clean, updated and functional. It’s a quiet, safe place to live thats convenient to shopping and schools. Very pleased and satisfied with this property!

I don’t writes reviews often, however the service and professionalism of the staff certainly deserved one. We moved my sister-in-law in to Celebration Pointe while my brother is on an extended military commitment. They were beyond gracious and helpful, especially given my brother’s absence. They helped her down to personally showing her the local pharmacy. This is how service is supposed to be. Well done.

This apartment complex is the worst the units are fill with molds. The staff just there to collect your money. There appliances are always breaking. When you report an issue they don’t fix it and wait until you move out to say it was due to your negligence there appliances are trash and don’t work right to charge a ridiculous amount at move out. I will be reporting this businesses to the FTC. There are mold in the apartments so be careful because the management will try to make it seem like it’s your fault. Even though I’ve read several other complaints about the units having mold.

Maintenance Under New Management
So good news and bad news!
Bad news first. So I have lived here for a little over a year and have had the same unresolved maintenance concerns: a dryer that took over 2 hours to dry clothes; a toilet that constantly ran and an AC unit that had a fan which was constantly running. Every time, for instance that I called about the dryer, the gentleman ran it for a while then shut it off and stuck his hand in it stating, “It’s warm” and left. Has caused me increased energy bills as you can imagine. When I would call about the toilet, the gentleman would tinker

We lived at Celebration Pointe for a year before moving to Colorado and we LOVED it! The staff is friendly and maintenance responds to any issues immediately. Zach is always working around the grounds with a smile on his face and willing to help anytime. It's a great place for families, couples, or singles-- It's a nice, safe, quiet, clean community. We had no issues with parking or noise near our apartment. We overlooked the pool/lake and LOVED our view! Great location and value!! Close to everything— especially highways, shopping, restaurants.
