2 years of living here at first it was GREAT I never had to complain about anything didn’t need to go to the office for nothing I really miss the manager MAGGIE she was very outstanding always email us about ANY updates, As of RIGHT NOW the worst management team the manager Veronica is never helpful doesn’t send any updates she just lies about everything the gates will never work trash everywhere disgusting!.. She never tells us about these “new rules” when it was effective no paper to show us everytime I go to the office about something ridiculous..ALSO I had an incident when somebody

4 years living at blue isle. Personally disappointed living here. Guard gate not active for pass 3 years. I keep inquiring about gate being fixed, they never did. In addition, trash compactor and trash areas is always overloaded with trash. Something I have to pick up trash near my front door not to mention trash smell stinks.I asked to be relocated to another apartment do to trash area being nasty , manager wouldn’t allow. Office staff isn’t consistent and always new staff to encounter. Maintenance seems very lazy instead of cleaning trash area staff smokes and rides on carts. But the community

Jackie was the best! I've owned my placed and have never rented - so I have a lot of questions. He was patient with all of my questions. He's really made me feel welcome. I did not get an updated unit but have to say the price is awesome - I have a great view, plenty of space (closet is bigger than the one in my previous home). I highly recommend checking this community out and ask for Jackie.

I would never recommend this complex to anybody the service is horrible. The office never returns phone calls never answers your requests. when you do finally get somebody on the phone they have a terrible attitude problem the whole time as if you're wasting their time. They're constantly charging us for having Gates that are keeping us safe when… in reality the gates never work they're always open. they make it very difficult for anybody to have a visitor and if you don't properly register the visitor on a website that they don't bother to give you the link to because it's not on their

Very nice place to live the but to have a dog is awful I’ve had my dog treated 3 times since loving here and she always seems to keep getting fleas.. I strongly believe it’s the grass. The grasss needs to be taken care of properly

I wanted to write a review about Eleanora. From the very beginning she has been so kind and patient with me. I’m not easy to deal with and she handled everything extremely well!
She has a great attitude every time I call or stop by the office.
Moving is very stressful , and boy was I stressed out. Eleanora made the move a lot easier for me.
There were a few things that needed to be taken care of after I moved in and she made sure it was taken care of right away, if I did have to wait it was done in a timely manner.

Lived here for 6 years from 2014 - 2020 and can’t stress enough how bad of an experience it was throughout that time.
Pros: love the surrounding area, community is mostly quiet, and the maintenance crew was good...they were very responsive and did what they could within their power to fix things.
Cons: Where do I start. #1 Throughout the 6 years, our a/c stopped working at least 3 separate times and we’d go multiple days without central a/c. At one point, maintenance actually rigged a milk jug and some duck tape to it instead of actually fixing the issue. In 2019, they finally replaced the

I have live here for the last 3 years. Awesome experience. I have seen the office team come together to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Over the years the improvement to the property has been a great place to call home. To Maggie an the team thank you for creating a well rounded community where the tenants can come home an feel safe.

I would absolutely never recommend blue isle apartment complex to anyone! The staff in the office is awful and extremely rude. They’re constantly going through new management and if you ever have any issues don’t expect them to help you with it. We asked if we could speak to the office manager and was told she was busy, meanwhile you could see… her just sitting in her office and then she got up and walk out right in front us! The complex is dirty, people just leave there trash out by the road at all times, and parking is always an issue. Extremely happy our lease will be up in

We've been renting here since 2015 after owning a home and we've never been happier!! The grounds are well kept, maintenance is always quick & on point, and the office staff is AMAZING, TRULY!! Princess is especially sweet!!! She ALWAYS has a smile for everyone, she's accommodating & treats you like family!! Its a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE and im glad to call Blue Isle my HOME!!

It's the best experience here. The community is nice and peaceful. The people are great, you can't ask for better.
