I have lived in arbor oaks for 2 years (horrible experience) I will spare details. I just moved into Monarch Station and was so nervous since I had a horrible apt experience prior to moving here but let me tell you something TRISHA made it so pleasant and stress free!!!! Her level of professional, compassion and just overall personality was superb! She made sure I was taken care of anytime I had a question. Monarch Station is the best place to live in Coconut Creek, Florida hands down period! Trisha is the best leasing agent ever and was very helpful with me during the application process. Living here feels like you are living in resort and every one is very friendly. The gym and pool are phenomenal and parking is a such a breeze! The apartments are so beautiful. The bedrooms are huge and very nice appliances! If you are looking for a great place to live this is definitely the place! This place is definitely deserves five stars!
