Loan Analysis: Once we receive your loan application and documents, we will review the information and contact you for any missing information/ documents. We will pull your credit report, send you the loan application and disclosures for signing. Once we receive signed application disclosures and all documents, we will submit your loan to the lender and your file will be ready to lock the interest rate.

I got referral to Pannu from a co-worker. At the beginning, I was unsure about his small shop. But the whole process made me convinced Pannu will be my go-to person for refinance. After submitting my docs online, I had to call him up to follow up. But that was a time when he was super busy. Subsequent process was very smooth. We got a good rate. Seems Pannu has been in the mortgage broker business for many years and has good relationship with Quicken Loan.
